    • Goes deep in loss
Crawford went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Angels.

Advice: Crawford opened up the scoring with a solo blast in the sixth for his only hit of the afternoon. He'll head into the break with a six-game on-base streak and two home runs over his last four games. It's been a struggle overall for the 29-year-old, who is slashing .209/.304/.358 with nine homers, 32 RBI, 41 runs and a 38:72 BB:K in 322 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Today, 6:42 am

    • Logs fifth steal
Kwan went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in Sunday's 2-0 loss to the Rays.

Advice: This was Kwan's first steal since June 25 and his fifth of the campaign on nine attempts. Given he missed a month with a hamstring issue, it's not a surprise he's been a bit more cautious on the basepaths. The outfielder is batting .283 in July and now has a .352/.407/.512 slash line with nine home runs, 27 RBI, 55 runs scored, 14 doubles and two triples through 308 plate appearances this year. • Notches third steal
Mountcastle went 1-for-5 with a stolen base in Sunday's 6-5 win over the Yankees.

Advice: Mountcastle's steal was his third of the year, putting him one shy of matching his career high. The first baseman's speed isn't notable, but he's been steady at the plate, going 10-for-40 (.250) over 10 contests in July. Overall, he's slashing .271/.311.,447 with 12 home runs, 43 RBI, 44 runs scored, 22 doubles and a triple through 88 games this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:00 pm
    • Turner homers in loss for Phillies
Trea Turner went 2-for-2 with a solo home run in a loss to the A’s on Sunday.

Advice: Turner was removed from the game early with the Phillies getting absolutely destroyed, but he is fully healthy heading into the break. In fact, Turner is more than just healthy, homering in eight of his last 12 games. He may have only appeared in 57 games so far this season, but the production has been elite over those games. • Hit streak at 10 games
Hoerner went 3-for-8 with a walk, a run scored and an RBI across both games of Saturday's doubleheader against the Cardinals.

Advice: The Cubs got swept in the twin bill while being outscored 16-7, but Hoerner did his best to spark some offense and reached base twice in each contest. The 27-year-old infielder extended his hitting streak to 10 games in the process, a stretch in which he's slashing .375/.426/.425 with two doubles, six runs and eight RBI. Hoerner hasn't even attempted a stolen base since June 27 however, and his 14 steals through 88 games is a mild disappointment after he swiped 43 bags in 2023. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:09 am

    • Carlos Estévez keeps rolling Saturday with 17th save
Carlos Estévez fired a perfect ninth inning on Saturday against the Mariners to collect his 17th save of the season.

Advice: Estévez, who has reeled off 15 consecutive scoreless appearances dating back to May 21, has been the subject of persistent trade rumors over the last few weeks and figures to be dealt to a contender at the upcoming trade deadline. The 31-year-old righty has converted 17 of 20 save chances this season to accompany a solid 2.61 ERA, 0.77 WHIP and 31/4 K/BB ratio across 31 innings (31 appearances). According to Jeff Fletcher of the Orange County Register it will likely be hard-throwing Ben Joyce taking over as the Angels’ primary stopper once Estévez is dealt. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:21 am
    • Clean inning for save
Estevez struck out one in a perfect inning to earn the save in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Mariners.

Advice: This was Estevez's first save since June 28, but he's riding a 15-inning scoreless streak in which he has a 14:1 K:BB and just three hits allowed. The closer is up to 17 saves in 20 chances while pitching to a 2.61 ERA, 0.77 WHIP and 31:4 K:BB through 31 innings this season. Rotowire.com Saturday, 9:27 pm
    • Manny Machado collects three hits in win Saturday
Manny Machado went 3-for-4 with a solo homer and a pair of runs scored as the Padres triumphed over the Braves on Saturday evening in San Diego.

Advice: Machado smacked a one-out single off of Reynaldo López in the sixth inning and scored the Padres’ third run on a two-out RBI single off the bad of David Peralta. He then capped off the scoring in the contest with a 403-foot (103.8 mph EV) solo shot off of Jesse Chavez in the eighth inning. With his three-hit night, the 32-year-old third baseman is now hitting .267/.317/.423 with 13 long balls and 52 RBI on the season. Rotoworld Saturday, 6:54 pm

    • Marcell Ozuna reaches three times in loss Saturday
Marcell Ozuna went 2-for-3 with a pair of singles and a walk as the Braves were shut out by Dylan Cease and a host of Padres’ relievers on Saturday.

Advice: Ozuna certainly did his part to help the Braves’ offense, as he led off the second and seventh innings with singles and worked a walk off of Dylan Cease in the fourth inning. The 33-year-old slugger has had a very strong first half of the season, slashing .304/.380/.585 with 26 homers and 77 RBI. Rotoworld Saturday, 6:54 pm
