    Anthony Rendon, on the 60-day IL with a hamstring tear, said he’s progressed to walking on an incline on a treadmill.

    Advice: That still seems like it might be a few steps away from playing in a major league baseball game. Rendon was injured a month ago today and still has another month before he’ll be eligible to come off the IL. A return right after the All-Star break is probably the best-case scenario.     Advice: Wiemer missed 16 days with left knee soreness. The Brewers could have just sent him down, as he wasn’t playing well before getting hurt, but they’ve instead decided to go with him over Chris Roller.
