    • Shohei Ohtani goes 0-for-5 in loss to Giants
Shohei Ohtani went 0-for-5 with three strikeouts on Sunday in the Dodgers’ blowout loss to the Giants.

Advice: We’re fairly confident he’s going to be just fine moving forward. There will be days like this, even for generational superstar like Ohtani, who launched his 26th round-tripper of the season during Saturday’s extra-inning win over the division-rival Giants. The 29-year-old slugger has gone deep nine times over his last 15 contests. Rotoworld 44 minutes ago

    • Continues to dominate
Bradley (3-4) earned the win Sunday, allowing no runs on three hits and two walks over 5.2 innings against the Nationals. He struck out 11.

Advice: Bradley held the Nationals off the board while matching a season high in strikeouts. Since allowing nine runs and four homers against Baltimore on June 1, Bradley has been on a heater, posting five-consecutive starts allowing two earned runs or fewer while accumulating double-digit strikeout totals during two of those outings. During that stretch, he's completed 29 innings, allowing just four earned runs (1.24 ERA) with a 1.00 WHIP and 40 strikeouts. He'll look to keep things rolling during his next start, tentatively slated to take place next weekend when the Rays travel to Arlington to take on the Rangers. Rotowire.com 49 minutes ago

    • McMahon steals base, scores twice in win Sunday
Ryan McMahon went 1-for-5 with two runs scored and a stolen base against the White Sox on Sunday.

Advice: McMahon’s stolen base was his third of the year. He started the scoring as he came around on a Garrett Crochet balk in the second inning and scored the winning run on a sacrifice fly off the bat of Michael Toglia in the 14th inning. McMahon is hitting .270 with an .812 OPS, 14 home runs and 42 RBI on the season. Rotoworld Today, 2:46 pm

    • Picks up 16th save
Jansen earned the save Sunday against San Diego, striking out one batter during a perfect ninth inning.

Advice: Jansen was lights out Sunday, and he has now converted on 12 straight save chances. It was his seventh straight appearance without allowing a run. He's been fantastic as of late, with a 0.70 ERA over his last 12 appearances. The 36-year-old has converted on 16 of 17 save chances this season and will carry a 2.22 ERA and 1.02 WHIP into July. • Hoerner extends hitting streak with home run
Nico Hoerner went 1-for-4 with a solo home run against the Brewers on Sunday.

Advice: It was a quiet afternoon for the Cubs’ offense as they could only muster one run against the Brewers. Hoerner’s home run was just his fourth of the year. He’s hitting just .248 on the season, but has a hit in each of his last seven games. He’s 10-for-27 (.370) with two home runs and three RBI in that time. Rotoworld Today, 1:47 pm

    • Kenley Jansen picks up 16th save
Kenley Jansen notched his 16th save with a scoreless ninth Sunday against the Padres.

Advice: Making his first appearance in six days, Jansen turned in his seventh straight scoreless appearance. His last nine outings have resulted in seven saves and two wins. Rotoworld Today, 1:38 pm
    • Taj Bradley strikes out 11 in win
Taj Bradley blanked the Nationals over 5 2/3 innings in a 5-0 win on Sunday. He struck out 11 and walked two.

Advice: Bradley was dominant in this one. The 11 punch outs matched his season-high and the Nationals were helpless against his terrific fastball. Living in the top of the zone, it forced 10 swings and misses and brilliantly set up his diving splitter. Bradley looks every bit the top-end starter he was billed as. • Falls apart in fifth
Schwellenbach (1-4) took the loss Sunday against the Pirates, giving up four runs on five hits over five innings. He struck out seven and walked two.

Advice: He cruised through four innings before running into a buzzsaw in the fifth, courtesy of two-run homers by O'Neill Cruz and Rowdy Tellez. Schwellenbach had a similar issue in his last start against the Cardinals, giving up all four of his runs in the third inning. The rookie right-hander has now given up at least four runs in half of his six career starts and has seen his ERA jump to 5.68. He's scheduled for a tough test next against the Phillies next weekend. • Spencer Schwellenbach falters late vs. Pirates
Spencer Schwellenbach allowed four runs in five innings in a loss to the Pirates on Sunday.

Advice: Schwellenbach didn’t have many issues in the first four innings of work while holding Pittsburgh scoreless, but that changed in the fifth. He allowed a pair of two-run homers to Oneil Cruz and Rowdy Tellez to turn a strong outing into a mediocre one for the 24-year-old. He was able to strike out seven against two walks in an outing that looked better than the box score suggests. Schwellenbach is back on the bump Saturday against the Phillies.
