    • Placed on 10-day IL
Harris (hamstring) was placed on the 10-day injured list Saturday.

Advice: As expected, Harris will now be sidelined for at least 10 days while nursing a strained left hamstring. In the meantime, Ramon Laureano was selected from Triple-A Gwinnett to replace him on the major-league roster while Spencer Strider (elbow) was transferred to the 60-day injured list in corresponding moves. • Michael Harris II hits IL with hamstring strain
Braves placed OF Michael Harris II on the 10-day injured list with a left hamstring strain.

Advice: No word yet on the severity of the injury, but fantasy managers should anticipate Harris missing at least a couple weeks, even in a best-case scenario. The 23-year-old upper-echelon fantasy contributor, who hits the shelf with a .653 OPS with five homers and eight steals across 278 plate appearances through 67 contests, suffered the injury during the opening frame of Friday’s contest against the Rays while running the bases. There should be some clarity on his return timeline in the coming days. Rotoworld 42 minutes ago

    • Logs steal in loss
Langford went 2-for-4 with a stolen base and an RBI in Friday's 3-2 loss to Seattle.

Advice: Langford had a run-producing single in the first inning then put himself in scoring position with a steal. It was his third steal in the last two games and fourth over the last five contests. Since returning from a hamstring injury late May, Langford is batting .306/.346/.429 with four extra-base hits, nine RBI, four steals and four runs scored over 13 games. • Notches win Friday
Duran (2-2) allowed a walk over two scoreless innings Friday. He struck out one and earned a win over Oakland.

Advice: Duran kept the Athletics off the board in the ninth and 10th frames as the Twins eventually delivered the walk-off win. He's 2-0 with a hold over his last three outings since coughing up three runs against the Pirates on June 8. The 26-year-old righty has not picked up a save since June 2. For the season, Duran's ERA is down to 3.66 with a 17:8 K:BB and 10 saves through 19.2 innings. Rotowire.com Today, 4:57 am
    • Deployed in eighth inning
Munoz walked one and struck out three in a scoreless and hitless eighth inning to earn a hold in Friday's 3-2 win over the Rangers.

Advice: Munoz has been dealing with a back issue for most of June, but he's still seen high-leverage work when available. In fact, Munoz was deployed in the eighth inning Friday to face the top of the Rangers' lineup, while Ryne Stanek got the call in the ninth and earned the save. Munoz has picked up three holds and a loss over his last four outings, but it seems this is less about easing the right-hander back from injury and more about a matchups-based approach to the late innings for now. Should Seattle switch to a closer committee, it appears Stanek is set to pick up a larger share of the saves. Munoz remains a strong option as well -- he has a 1.55 ERA, 0.97 WHIP and 41:10 K:BB with 12 saves and six holds through 29 innings this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:32 pm
    • Delivers quality start
Ragans allowed three runs on six hits and a walk while striking out four over seven innings in a no-decision versus the Dodgers on Friday.

Advice: Ragans had just one bad inning -- he gave up a two-run home run to Miguel Rojas and a solo shot to Chris Taylor in the fifth. Aside from that, it was smooth sailing for Ragans, who earned his fifth quality start in his last six outings, though he has just two wins in that span. The Royals' ace is now at a 3.14 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and 102:26 K:BB over 86 innings across 15 starts this season. He's given up more than three runs just twice, with both of those games being seven-run mishaps, so he's often been even more dominant than his surface stats would suggest. Ragans is projected to make his next start on the road versus the Athletics. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:04 pm

    • Wyatt Langford has two hits, RBI in loss to Mariners
Wyatt Langford drove in a run while going 2-for-4 with a double and a steal in a loss Friday to the Mariners.

Advice: Langford drove in his run in the first with an RBI single to make it 2-0 Rangers. It’d be the last run that Texas would score off Castillo or the Seattle bullpen. Langford has looked the part since returning from injury, and there’s lots of reasons to believe he can be a strong option over the second half of 2024. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:39 pm

    • Cole Ragans holds Dodgers to three over seven
Cole Ragans picked up no-decision after allowing three runs in seven innings of work against the Dodgers on Friday.

Advice: Ragans struck out four and walked one. He scattered six hits allowed, but two of those were homers from Miguel Rojas and Chris Taylor. Even with the roundtrippers it’s another quality outing from the 26-year-old, albeit one that doesn’t come with many strikeouts nor a win. Ragans is back on the bump with a very friendly on-paper matchup next week against the A’s. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:19 pm

    • Johan Duran secures victory against Athletics
Jhoan Duran picked up his second victory of the season on Friday evening, working two scoreless innings against the Athletics.

Advice: Duran came on to work the top half of the ninth inning in a tied game and kept the A’s off the board. He then returned for the 10th inning and retired the side in order, setting the stage for Max Kepler’s heroics. On the season, he now boasts a 3.66 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and a 17/8 K/BB ratio (19 2/3 innings) to go along with a pair of victories and 10 saves in 10 opportunities. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:44 pm
