    Bielak (1-0) picked up the win in an extra-innings victory over the Rockies on Thursday, allowing a hit and a walk over one-third of an inning. He struck out one.

    Advice: Bielak came into the game with runners at the corners and two outs in the top of the 11th, and after allowing a bases-clearing Brendan Rodgers double and issuing a walk to Kris Bryant, he was able to strike out Jordan Beck to end the inning. That set the stage for the unlikeliest of victories, as the Athletics mounted a five-run rally in the home half of the frame to walk it off. Bielak, who was just acquired via trade from the Astros on May 16, has allowed two earned runs on eight hits and a walk over 5.2 innings across three appearances since his arrival, and despite Thursday's brief outing, he's likeliest to log multi-inning assignments out of the bullpen.     Advice: Boyle's final line encapsulates how forgettable his 26-pitch outing went, with the right-hander locating only half of those offerings for strikes before getting the hook. The one silver lining appears to be that Boyle didn't have any physical issues stemming from the outing, but given the on-field results, he'll almost certainly draw another start for the Aviators before activation is considered.     Santander went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Thursday's 8-6 win over the White Sox.

    Advice: Santander's homer was his eighth of the season and first since May 11. He's been battling a bruised knee over the last week, which could explain his 2-for-20 run at the plate over his last five games. The outfielder is slashing .206/.280/.424 with 27 RBI, 23 runs scored, 11 doubles, one triple and no stolen bases over 189 plate appearances.     Advice: Bleday stepped to the plate in the 11th with the Athletics already having cut a four-point inning-opening deficit in half, and he delivered with a 409-foot shot to center with Abraham Toro aboard to knot the score at 9-9. It was the second consecutive game in which Bleday left the yard, and the clutch homer also extended the outfielder's hitting streak to six games.
