    Advice: The 25-year-old's shot off Roddery Munoz in the fourth inning was the third of three long balls by the Cardinals on the night, but the offense managed only one more run after that. Burleson is up to 10 homers on the season, and five of them have come in June.     Advice: Smith returned to the starting lineup Tuesday after battling a hamstring issue since late last week. He was given a soft re-entry as the DH and could return to his normal duties as the fill-in third baseman for the injured Josh Jung (wrist). The surprisingly productive Smith has been a boon to the Rangers' offense which has missed Jung's bat.     King didn't factor into the decision Tuesday against the Phillies, allowing one run on six hits and three walks over 4.2 innings. He struck out six.

    Advice: King had to contend with traffic for most of his outing Tuesday, though he'd manage to hold the Phillies to one run before departing in the fifth. The 29-year-old right-hander has pitched well of late, posting a 1.71 ERA with 34 strikeouts over his last five outings (26.2 innings). Overall, King's 5-4 with a 3.49 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 101:37 K: BB across 87.2 innings this season. He's currently lined up for a home matchup with the Brewers this weekend in his next start.     Advice: Fairbanks attempted to field a 103-mph grounder off the bat of Carlos Correa with his bare hand during the ninth inning of Tuesday's contest. The reliever threw multiple warmup pitches in an effort to remain in the game, but the Rays' trainers elected to pull him early. Per Tricia Whitaker of Bally Sports Sun, the main concern was with Fairbanks' thumb, but his X-rays came back negative after the game, and he appears to only be dealing with a bruise. While he's been inconsistent at times this year, the 25-year-old Miller has turned in a respectable 3.46 ERA with a 1.01 WHIP and 82:26 K:BB across 15 starts (88.1 innings).
