    • Nick Lodolo (finger) starting Tuesday vs. Rockies
Nick Lodolo (finger) is scheduled to start Tuesday’s game against the Rockies.

Advice: Lodolo has been on the injured list since June 25 — retroactive to June 24 — with a blister issue, but the southpaws has been able to throw bullpens without issue, and he’ll come off the injured list to make the start against Cal Quantrill and the Rockies. Fantasy managers should absolutely have him in the lineup even if there’s some rust to shake off, as Colorado offers the opportunity for plenty of success. Rotoworld 26 minutes ago

    • Poised to return Tuesday
Lodolo (finger) will be activated from the 15-day injured list to start Tuesday versus the Rockies, Jeff Wallner of the Associated Press reports.

Advice: Lodolo will skip a rehab assignment and slide right back into the Reds rotation after missing the last two weeks of action with a blister on his pitching hand. It's possible the southpaw won't quite be ready for a full workload, but he's a must-start in fantasy, regardless, particularly in such a favorable matchup. Rotowire.com Today, 6:39 am

    • Picks up save No. 18
Jansen locked down his 18th save of the year in Sunday's 3-0 win over the Yankees, tossing a clean ninth inning while striking out a batter in the process.

Advice: Jansen made quick work of Yankees hitters, getting Ben Rice to ground out and Juan Soto to line out before setting Aaron Judge down on strikes to end the game. Father Time is doing Jansen well this season, as he's converted 18 of his first 19 save chances while sporting a 2.01 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 35:12 K:BB in 31.1 innings. He has 10 straight scoreless outings since June 15 and has picked up a win and eight saves over that span. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:10 am

    • Generates another quality start
Kirby didn't factor into the decision Sunday against the Blue Jays, allowing three runs on seven hits and a walk over six-plus innings. He struck out eight.

Advice: Kirby posted a sixth straight quality start and left the contest having allowed just one run. However, he left a pair of runners on the basepaths, both of which came in to score on a George Springer home run to finalize Kirby's earned run total at three. Kirby is tied for the 10th most quality starts in baseball and ranks top-10 in innings pitched with 111.2. He owns a 3.39 ERA and a 1.00 WHIP along with an outstanding 109:11 K:BB on the year. He's scheduled to face the Angels next weekend. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 12:51 am

    • Clubs three-run homer
Kjerstad went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run during Sunday's 6-3 win over Oakland.

Advice: Kjerstad took Mitch Spence yard in the first inning, plating Ryan O'Hearn and Jordan Westburg with the three-run slam. In 51 plate appearances with Baltimore, Kjerstad has posted a .938 OPS with three homers and 12 RBI while carving out a significant role in a loaded Orioles outfield. • Kenley Jansen closes out Yankees on Sunday night
Kenley Jansen closed out the Yankees on Sunday night, working a scoreless ninth inning to preserve a three-run advantage.

Advice: The 36-year-old hurler picked up his 18th save of the season for his troubles. He made quick work of the Yankees in this one, getting Ben Rice on a ground ball to first, Juan Soto on a liner to left and Aaron Judge on a swinging third strike to end it. Jansen has been as reliable as ever this season, converting 18 of his first 19 save chances while posting a 2.01 ERA over 31 1/3 innings of work. Rotoworld Sunday, 6:33 pm

    • George Kirby posts quality start in no-decision
George Kirby logged a quality start in a no-decision against the Blue Jays on Sunday afternoon, giving up three runs on seven hits over his six-plus frames.

Advice: The right-hander racked up eight strikeouts on the day while allowing only one base on balls. The Jays scratched out a run against him in the fourth inning on a sacrifice fly by Alejandro Kirk. Kirby then allowed a pair of singles to start the seventh inning before turning the ball over to the bullpen — and both runs ultimately scored. The 26-year-old hurler got 16 swings and misses on 93 pitches in the contest — 10 of those on his heater — while posting a strong CSW of 33 percent. He’ll look to finish his first half strong as he brings a 3.39 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and a 109/11 K/BB ratio (111 2/3 innings) into Saturday’s showdown against the Angels in Los Angeles. • Heston Kjerstad hits three-run homer in win
Heston Kjerstad hit a three-run homer in the victory over the A’s on Sunday.

Advice: Kjerstad was making just his second start in five games, which is the same number as Colton Cowser and one less than Austin Hays, even though four of those games were against righties. It’s pretty much impossible to trust either Kjerstad or Cowser in weekly leagues at this point, though either would likely be a useful mixed-league outfielder if the Orioles sent down the other. • Paul Skenes headlines pitchers for N.L. All-Stars
Pirates’ rookie right-hander Paul Skenes was named to his first National League All-Star team on Sunday, despite having logged just 59 1/3 innings at the big-league level.

Advice: It’s the first of what should be many All-Star game nods for the studly 22-year-old hurler who has gone 5-0 with a 2.12 ERA, 1.01 WHIP and a 78/12 K/BB ratio through his first 10 MLB starts. He’ll be joined on the N.L. All-Star squad by fellow pitchers Ranger Suarez, Tyler Glasnow, Shota Imanaga, Reynaldo Lopez, Logan Webb, Chris Sale, Zack Wheeler, Ryan Helsley, Tanner Scott, Robert Suarez, Matt Strahm and Jeff Hoffman.
