• Jurickson Profar wins game in 10th for Padres
Jurickson Profar delivered the game-winner in the 10th as the Padres edged the Nationals 7-6 on Monday.

Advice: Profar’s lone hit in five at-bats seemed to hang in the air forever, but it was put in the perfect spot to elude Lane Thomas and Jacob Young in right-center. The two-run single — it would have been at least a double under normal circumstances — came after Luis Arraez was walked to load the bases. Profar has hit in eight straight games, but since he’s collected just nine hits in that span and he’s been so productive on the season, he’s lost 20 points of OPS during the stretch (.917 to .897). • Bryce Harper hits 19th homer, plates five in win
Bryce Harper went 3-for-5 with a three-run homer and five RBI on Monday, powering the Phillies to a dominant 8-1 victory over the Tigers.

Advice: Harper kicked off the scoring in the opening frame with a sizzling two-run double to center field off Tigers starter Casey Mize, which left his bat at a stratopsheric 111 mph exit velocity. He also connected for his 19th round-tripper of the season, sending a three-run moonshot to right field off southpaw reliever Tyler Holton a couple frames later to cap off a stellar performance in a one-sided affair at Comerica Park. The 31-year-old fantasy superstar is in the midst of one of the best stretches of his career at the moment, batting .345 (39-for-113) with nine homers and 21 RBI over his last 30 games. • Expected back soon
Cardinals manager Oliver Marmol said Monday that he's optimistic Arenado (forearm) will be ready to return to the lineup in the coming days, Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat reports.

Advice: Arenado will miss a second straight start Monday against Atlanta with a left forearm issue, which is evidently something that's bothered the third baseman off and on throughout the season. However, he's feeling better following an injection and was working out on the field pregame Monday. Brandon Crawford will get a second straight start at the hot corner in Arenado's place. • Nolan Arenado (forearm) eyes midweek return
Nolan Arenado took grounders on the field prior to Monday’s game and could rejoin the Cardinals’ lineup in the next few days.

Advice: Arenado is out of the lineup for a second straight game due to left forearm nerve irritation, but it looks like the injection he had over the weekend is helping. Brandon Crawford is again playing third base tonight. Rotoworld Today, 1:54 pm

  • Remains out Monday
Arenado (forearm) is out of the lineup for Monday's game against Atlanta.

Advice: Arenado will miss a second straight start after he exited Saturday's 9-4 win over the Giants with left forearm discomfort. He received an injection to help combat the pain and is considered day-to-day. Brandon Crawford will make another start at third base Monday in Arenado's stead. Rotowire.com Today, 12:51 pm

  • Nolan Arenado not in the lineup on Monday
Nolan Arenado (forearm) is not in the Cardinals’ lineup on Monday against the Braves.

Advice: Arenado received an injection over the weekend while he deals with a nerve issue in his left forearm. He was hit by a pitch in Saturday’s game, but that was in his right elbow so it’s unclear what prompted the issue in his left forearm. The Cardinals are continuing to evaluate him to decide if he should go on the IL or not. Rotoworld Today, 12:51 pm
