    • Swipes two bags in win
Mullins went 2-for-5 with two stolen bases and two runs scored in Thursday's win over the White Sox.

Advice: Mullins grounded into a fielder's choice in his first at-bat before going on to steal second and third and coming home for Baltimore's first run of the contest. He would add a single and come around to score during a four-run fourth inning for the Orioles, giving him only his second multi-hit performance this month. Mullins is batting just .160 (8-for-50) in May, though he's swiped four bags over his last five games. Rotowire.com Today, 7:19 am
    • Rutschman knocks in three Thursday
Adley Rutschman went 2-for-5 with 3 RBI against the White Sox on Thursday.

Advice: Rutschman had an RBI single in the third inning to tie the game and a two-run single in the sixth inning to put the Orioles up 7-2. He’s putting together another nice season with a .299 average and 31 RBI on the year.

    • Falls to Yankees
Castillo (4-6) took the loss Thursday against the Yankees, allowing two runs on seven hits and three walks over five innings. He struck out three.

Advice: Castillo dealt with traffic for most of his outing, but he ultimately held New York to a pair of solo home runs. The loss snapped a stretch of seven straight quality starts for Castillo -- he'd posted a 2.01 ERA in that span. Overall, his ERA sits at 3.31 this season with a 1.21 WHIP and 69:18 K:BB over 65.1 innings. Castillo's currently lined up for a home matchup with the Astros in his next start. • Luis Castillo allows two over five in defeat
Luis Castillo went five innings while surrendering two runs in a loss to the Yankees on Thursday.

Advice: Castillo allowed seven hits with three walks, and he struck out three. There was significant traffic throughout the outing, but the right-hander’s only runs allowed came on solo homers by Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton. This makes back-to-back starts where Castillo hasn’t had his best stuff, but he was able to battle to hold powerful lineups in the Yankees and Orioles in check. He’s scheduled to face Houston on Tuesday. Rotoworld Yesterday, 12:21 pm
    • Blake Snell is headed to the paternity list
Padres place LHP Blake Snell on the paternity list.

Advice: Congratulations to Blake and his family. The left-hander will miss the next few games to be with his partner and should return in time to face the Phillies. Perhaps they will be kind to the new father as he looks to lower his 11.40 ERA and 2.07 WHIP. Nick Avila was called up in a corresponding move. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:00 am

    • Goes on paternity leave
The Giants placed Snell on the paternity list Thursday, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Advice: Snell will be off the active roster for a few days while welcoming a new baby, but he's expected to rejoin the Giants in time for his next start, which is slated for Monday against the Phillies at Oracle Park. Reliever Nick Avila was called up from Double-A Richmond to take over Snell's spot on the 26-man active roster. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:11 am

    • Julio Rodríguez batting 6th for Mariners on Thursday
Julio Rodríguez has been moved down to sixth in the order for Thursday’s game against the Yankees.

Advice: Rodríguez hasn’t gotten off to the hot start many expected, but the move is a bit curious considering his average is up to .272 in May and his strikeout rate is down to 22 percent. The power has certainly not come, as he has just one home run in 20 games in May; however, he also has just one home run this season on 16 pulled flyballs and line drives so it feels like he’s been a bit unlucky in that regard. He has been struggling a bit with inside pitches and hits too many groundballs overall, but this feels more like a power cold streak than a true outage. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:43 am

    • Launches fourth home run
Correa went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Nationals.

Advice: Correa extended Minnesota's lead to 2-0 with two outs in the sixth inning with a solo shot off Jake Irvin, his fourth of the year and second in three days. The 29-year-old Correa has a hit in five straight games, going 5-for-17 with a 1.133 OPS in that span. He's now slashing .268/.362/.455 on the season with 13 RBI and 18 runs scored through 130 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:40 am

    • Batting sixth Thursday
Rodriguez will start in center field and bat sixth in Thursday's contest versus the Yankees.

Advice: For the first time this season, Rodriguez won't be batting either first or second for Seattle. Rodriguez is hitting .325/.357/.425 over his last 10 games but has gone just 1-for-12 at the dish in the first three games of the series against the Yankees. He's sporting a disappointing .630 OPS on the season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:20 am
