Taylor is usually able to carve out a steady role as a short-side platoon option at a variety of positions, but his poor hitting and the Dodgers' good health has prevented the 33-year-old from seeing anything close to regular playing time.     Mauricio Dubon clubbed a two-run homer on Friday night, helping to power the Astros to a 4-0 victory over the Tigers.

    Advice: The game had been a scoreless pitcher’s duel heading to the sixth inning, but the Astros finally broke through on an RBI triple from Alex Bregman and a sacrifice fly off the bat of Yordan Alvarez.
