    • X-rays return negative
Soto's (hand) X-rays came back negative Saturday, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Soto sustained a right hand contusion sliding into home during Friday's game and was scratched from the Yankees' lineup Saturday. With his X-rays coming back negative, it appears as though Soto has avoided structural damage and a long-term injury. With a team off day coming Monday, it wouldn't be surprising to see Soto sit again Sunday as a precaution. Oswaldo Cabrera started in right field Saturday. Rotowire.com Saturday, 3:14 pm
    • Jonathan India collects two hits in win over Cards
Jonathan India went 2-for-5 with two doubles, one run scored, and two RBI against the Cardinals on Saturday.

Advice: India put the Reds on the board in the third inning with a double to plate Austin Wynns from second base. He then scored on a double by Elly De La Cruz. He later doubled for a second time to drive in one more run in the seventh. The 27-year-old second baseman has had an incredible month, hitting .386 in June. He’s hitting .279/.383/.408 with five homers, 38 runs scored, 34 RBI, and eight steals across 311 plate appearances on the season. Rotoworld Saturday, 2:26 pm
    • Juan Soto scratched Saturday with hand contusion
Juan Soto was scratched from Saturday’s lineup due to a right hand contusion.

Advice: Soto is dealing with a bruise on his right hand that he suffered on an awkward fourth-inning slide into home plate during Friday’s eventual 16-5 rout of the division-rival Blue Jays. The 25-year-old impending free agent, who blasted his 20th homer later in the contest following the incident, is headed for some precautionary imaging to rule out anything more serious. Fantasy managers should consider him day-to-day for the moment. There should be an additional update on his status at some point on Saturday evening. Stay tuned. Rotoworld Saturday, 12:03 pm
    • Scratched from lineup
Soto was scratched from the Yankees' lineup ahead of Saturday's game versus Toronto due to a right hand contusion, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Soto suffered the injury while sliding into home plate during the fourth inning of Friday's contest. He is slated to undergo imaging on his hand to see whether he's dealing with a more serious injury, and the Yankees should offer an update on his condition once they get the results back. In the meantime, Oswaldo Cabrera will enter the lineup as New York's right fielder and bat eighth. Rotowire.com Saturday, 12:01 pm
    • Getting breather Saturday
Higashioka isn't in the Padres' lineup for Saturday's game against Boston.

Advice: The Padres will give Higashioka a day off Saturday after he belted a two-run homer during Friday's win. In his place, Brett Sullivan will start behind the dish and bat eighth. Rotowire.com Saturday, 10:26 am
    • Three hits Friday
Rafaela started at shortstop and went 3-for-4 with a double in Friday's 9-2 loss to San Diego.

Advice: Rafaela is having a productive June, but he entered the game on a 1-for-18 run. The multi-hit effort was his eighth of the month, and the infielder/outfielder is batting .417 (20-for-48) over the last 13 games. This was his third start at shortstop in as many appearances, as manager Alex Cora adjusts to get his hottest bats in the lineup; Jarren Duran slotted in as the center field while David Hamilton manned second base Friday. • Sitting Saturday
Hamilton is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against San Diego, Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports.

Advice: Hamilton went 0-for-5 with two strikeouts in Friday's 9-2 loss to the Padres, and he'll begin Saturday's contest in the dugout. Ceddanne Rafaela will start at shortstop and bat ninth against San Diego right-hander Michael King. Rotowire.com Saturday, 8:54 am
    • David Hamilton not in Saturday’s lineup vs. Padres
David Hamilton is not in the lineup for Saturday’s game against the Padres.

Advice: Hamilton has hit a bit of a rough patch over the last few days with just four hits in 20 at-bats over his last seven games. He does have one homer and three steals during that span. The 26-year-old speedster has been one of the more unexpected first-half breakout performers from a fantasy standpoint with five homers and 21 steals in 55 games after batting .121 in a brief 15-game cameo last year in Boston. • Swipes 14th bag
Lindor went 2-for-4 with a walk, a double, a run scored, an RBI and a stolen base in Friday's 7-2 win over the Astros.

Advice: The veteran shortstop has flipped the switch in the second half of June. Lindor has racked up three straight multi-hit performances, and over the last 11 contests he's batting a scorching .370 (17-for-46) with two of his 13 homers and four of his 14 steals on the season along with seven doubles, eight RBI and 12 runs.
