    Yamamoto (triceps) felt tightness during warmups but didn't think it was severe enough to miss Saturday's start and doesn't think the injury is serious, Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times reports.

    Advice: Yamamoto should still undergo further evaluation, but he doesn't feel as though the injury is anything significant. Per Juan Toribio of MLB.com, the triceps tightness was the reason for Yamamoto's start being pushed back from Thursday to Saturday, meaning the injury has isn't necessarily new. With Bobby Miller (shoulder) expected to return and start Wednesday, the Dodgers could temporarily utilize a six-man rotation to give Yamamoto extra rest.     Pepiot (4-4) allowed five runs on six hits and three walks while striking out four batters over 4.2 innings in a loss to Atlanta on Saturday.

    Advice: Pepiot looked to be on his game with four scoreless innings to begin his outing, but things fell apart for him in the fifth. In that frame, the right-hander gave up three home runs -- all with two out -- to account for five Atlanta runs. It was the first time this season Pepiot has given up three home homers in a game, and the long balls prevented him from finishing five frames for the third time this season.     Eovaldi (3-3) allowed four runs on four hits and four walks while striking out six over three innings to take the loss Saturday versus the Mariners.

    Advice: Eovaldi needed 75 pitches (46 strikes) to get through three innings, and the Rangers weren't able to get him off the hook for the loss. It's possible the Rangers are still taking it easy on him after a groin injury sidelined him for much of May. Eovaldi has allowed nine runs over 18.2 innings across four starts since he returned from the injured list. He's at a 3.15 ERA, 1.17 WHIP and 64:24 K:BB through 60 innings over 11 starts this season.     Morton (4-3) earned the win over Tampa Bay on Saturday, allowing one run on three hits and two walks while striking out eight batters over six innings.

    Advice: Morton had his swing-and-miss stuff working, racking up 22 whiffs among his 105 pitches. The veteran hurler fell behind by a run in the first inning but yielded only two hits while holding the Rays scoreless thereafter. This was a nice bounce-back for Morton after he surrendered five runs (four earned) over five innings against Washington in his previous start.     Stanek allowed a hit but was not charged with a run over one-third of an inning, earning the save in Saturday's 7-5 win over the Rangers.

    Advice: Eduard Bazardo struggled in the ninth inning after being brought in with a six-run lead. He gave up three runs and Stanek allowed one inherited runner to score before getting Corey Seager on a groundout to end the contest. Stanek is gaining an increasingly notable role in the Mariners' bullpen, having earned four saves over his last six appearances, though he likely got this opportunity because Andres Munoz had pitched the last two days. Stanek is up to seven saves with a 4.00 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 28:10 K:BB over 27 innings. At this point, the Mariners' closer situation should be considered a committee between Stanek and Munoz, with the latter likely to receive assignments in the highest-leverage spots.     Ty Blach held the Pirates to a pair of runs in 5 2/3 innings in a victory over the Pirates on Saturday.

    Advice: Blach gave up seven hits and issued one walk with five strikeouts. The veteran southpaw continues to give up plenty of baserunners — 25 hits allowed over his last three starts — but he was able to get out of jams for the most part to get his third win of the season.   • Jared Jones allows six runs in loss to Rockies
    Jared Jones allowed six runs over his 4 2/3 innings while picking up a loss to the Rockies on Saturday.

    Advice: Jones was not great, and the Pittsburgh bullpen allowed 10 more runs to score in a 16-4 blowout loss to the Rockies. The right-hander gave up six hits, and he also walked four on a night where the command just wasn’t there for the 22-year-old. He still was able to strike out six, and his rookie campaign has certainly been a success even with a couple of so-so outings as of late.   • Kenley Jansen locks down four-out save on Saturday
    Kenley Jansen picked up his 11th save of the season on Saturday night, recording the final four outs against the Yankees.

    Advice: Jansen came on to put out a fire in the eighth inning with two men on and two outs with the Red Sox clinging to a two-run advantage. He got Anthony Volpe to fly out to right field to end the threat — then returned to work a perfect ninth inning to close it out.   • Cooper Criswell strikes out six in no-decision
    Cooper Criswell pitched decently in a no-decision against the Yankees on Saturday, allowing two runs on three hits over four frames against the Yankees.

    Advice: On the plus side, the 27-year-old right-hander punched out six batters on the night while allowing two free passes. All of the damage done against him came in the second inning on a two-run single off the bat of DJ LeMahieu. Criswell got nine whiffs on 88 pitches on the night, registering a strong CSW of 33 percent.
