    Advice: As usual, O'Hearn started the game on the bench with the Orioles facing left-hander Yusei Kikuchi. O'Hearn entered in the ninth inning and delivered a homer to cut the Orioles' deficit to one run, but they couldn't tie it up. The 30-year-old is up to eight homers over 48 contests this season, and he's added a trusty .280/.343/.471 slash line with 20 RBI, 22 runs scored and one stolen base over 172 plate appearances.     Profar went 1-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base in Thursday's 4-3 loss to the Diamondbacks.

    Advice: Profar is batting well, going 12-for-35 (.343) over his last 10 contests. His steal Thursday was his fourth of the season and his first since May 15. The outfielder is up to a .323/.418/.480 slash line with eight home runs, 38 RBI and 34 runs scored through 263 plate appearances, putting him on pace to shatter his career highs in nearly every category if he can keep up the good work.     Advice: Tatis has racked up nine hits over his last three games and is batting .449 (22-for-49) during his 12-game hitting streak. In addition to the hot bat, Tatis took advantage of getting on base Thursday by picking up his first steal since May 7. The outfielder is up to a .283/.356/.450 slash line with seven thefts, 10 home runs, 32 RBI and 41 runs scored through 66 contests this season, and he's been one of baseball's hottest hitters so far in June.     Corbin Carroll went 3-for-5 with a double, a steal and two runs scored as the Diamondbacks edged the Padres 4-3 on Thursday.

    Advice: It’s just Carroll’s second three-hit game of the year. All three of Carroll’s hits were legit, leaving his bat on a line at 108, 106 and 99 mph. He's opened June 5-for-21 (.238) over six contests, and his steal Thursday was his first since May 25. The outfielder is slashing .201/.284/.291 with two home runs, 10 thefts, 20 RBI, 30 runs scored, seven doubles and four triples over 61 games in a disappointing second full campaign.     Advice: Refsnyder got the start in right field and extended his hitting streak to nine games. In that span, he's gone 14-for-38 (.368) with five doubles and one home run. The outfielder has carried a high average all season, and he's now batting .346 through 35 contests. He's added just two homers, 14 RBI, 13 runs scored, one stolen base, 11 doubles and a triple over 116 plate appearances. Refsnyder splits his time between the corner outfield and designated hitter, and while he hasn't been limited to a true platoon role, he hasn't played on an everyday basis either.     Mookie Betts went 2-for-4 with a three-run homer on Thursday, powering the Dodgers to an 11-7 victory over the Pirates.

    Advice: Betts capped off Los Angeles’ six-run explosion in the fifth inning with his 10th round-tripper of the season, taking Pirates reliever Ben Heller deep to center field. It was his second big fly in his last four games and first multi-hit effort since May 28. He also walked twice in this one.
