    • Handed loss Saturday
Lorenzen (4-4) allowed five runs on four hits and four walks while striking out three over five innings, taking the loss Saturday versus the Orioles.

Advice: Lorenzen gave up a solo home run to Anthony Santander and a grand slam to Heston Kjerstad. This outing ended a few impressive stretches for Lorenzen -- it was the first time in nine starts he's allowed more than three runs, and it was the first time in his last four appearances that he's issued multiple walks. Given his success this year, to the tune of a 3.40 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 58:35 K:BB over 82 innings across 14 starts, it's safe to assume this was just a poor start against a tough opponent. He'll look to rebound in his next outing, which is projected to be at home versus the Rays. Rotowire.com 22 minutes ago
    • Michael Lorenzen gives up grand slam in loss to O’s
Michael Lorenzen went five innings while allowing five runs in a loss to the Orioles on Saturday.

Advice: Lorenzen gave up two homers in the loss, and one of those was a grand slam to Heston Kjerstad. The other was a solo shot, as you could probably guess if you are decent at math. The right-hander clearly didn’t have his best command, as he gave up the two roundtrippers and also issued four walks against three strikeouts. Lorenzen still has a solid 3.40 ERA, and gets a chance to bounce back against the Rays next weekend. Rotoworld Today, 7:15 pm
    • Reaches four times in win
Marte went 3-for-4 with a double, a walk and one RBI in Saturday's 3-0 win over the Athletics.

Advice: Marte opened the scoring with an RBI single in the second inning, which was ultimately enough offense for Arizona to win. He's been good over the latter half of June, going 16-for-45 (.356) with seven extra-base hits and 12 RBI over his last 12 contests. Marte is at a .290/.352/.525 slash line with 17 home runs, 49 RBI, 55 runs scored, three stolen bases, 19 doubles and two triples across 80 games this year. Rotowire.com Today, 6:33 pm

    • Initial X-rays come back negative for Corey Seager
Initial X-rays on the injured left hand/wrist of Corey Seager came back negative for any fractures on Saturday.

Advice: That doesn’t necessarily mean that the coast is clear, as he’ll still undergo additional testing, but it’s very encouraging to hear that there were no fractures revealed on the initial X-rays. Fantasy managers shouldn’t expect Seager to return to action on Sunday, but it sounds like he was fortunate to have avoided any serious injuries this time. Rotoworld Today, 6:25 pm

    • X-rays negative
Seager's (wrist) X-rays came back negative and he'll undergo further evaluation Sunday, Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Advice: Seager was hit in the left wrist by a pitch during Saturday's game against the Orioles and was immediately removed from the contest. Considering he looked to be in significant pain, Seager's X-rays returning negative is certainly an encouraging sign. Sill, it seems like he'll be held out of Sunday's series finale. • Exits after HBP
Seager was hit in the left wrist by a pitch in the fifth inning and immediately exited the game, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Seager was in visible pain after being hit in the wrist area and walked straight back to the dugout. Davis Wendzel entered to run for Seager. Seager went 1-for-2 with a solo homer before the incident, and we should learn more about the injury postgame. Rotowire.com Today, 5:37 pm

    • Corey Seager (hand) leaves game after hit by pitch
Corey Seager was removed from Saturday’s game against the Orioles after being hit by a pitch on his left hand in the fifth inning.

Advice: On the seventh pitch of his at-bat in the fifth inning, Cade Povich tried to come inside with a 90.5 mph sinker and clipped Seager near his left hand/wrist. Seager immediately retreated to the clubhouse, didn’t make any attempt to stay in the game. He’ll head for X-rays to see if there’s any structural damage. All fantasy managers can do now is wait and hope for the best. The Rangers should have an update on his status shortly. Rotoworld Today, 5:33 pm

    • Steals 40th bag in win
De La Cruz went 2-for-5 with an RBI, a run scored and a stolen base in Saturday's 9-4 win over the Cardinals.

Advice: De La Cruz hit an RBI double in the third inning and followed it up with his 40th steal of the season. He then tripled and scored in a six-run fifth frame for the Reds. After going eight games without a steal, the 22-year-old has now swiped a bag in three consecutive contests and continues to lead the league in the category. He did strike out three times to bring his league-leading season total to 110 but is still hitting a solid .255 with 14 home runs, 37 RBI and 55 runs scored over 355 plate appearances. • Lowe homers in return to lineup Saturday
Brandon Lowe went 1-for-2 with a solo home run and a walk against the Nationals on Saturday.

Advice: Lowe’s home run was his sixth of the season. It was certainly good to see him do something productive in his first game back in the Rays’ lineup since breaking his pinkie toe. With Lowe, you have to worry about when the next injury might come. He’s a decent power option in the middle infield as long as he’s playing. Lowe has a .218 average .756 OPS with 23 RBI on the season.
