    • Earns 10th win
Rodriguez (10-3) allowed two hits and four walks while striking out eight over 6.1 scoreless innings to earn the win over the Mariners on Tuesday.

Advice: This was just the second time in his last seven starts that Rodriguez walked multiple batters, but that was virtually the only flaw in his performance Tuesday. It was also his third scoreless outing of the year. Rodriguez is now at a 3.45 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 97:29 K:BB through 88.2 innings over 15 starts. The right-hander is tentatively projected for a home start versus the Cubs for his next appearance if the Orioles go to a six-man rotation, though he could move up to pitch on regular rest at Oakland on Sunday if Baltimore elects to work with five starters. • Dallas Keuchel pitches well in no-decision Tuesday
Dallas Keuchel pitched well in a no-decision against the Rockies on Tuesday night, allowing just two runs on four hits across 5 1/3 innings of work.

Advice: The 36-year-old southpaw racked up five strikeouts on the evening while issuing a pair of free passes. All of the damage done against him came in the second inning as Brenton Doyle slugged a solo homer and Michael Toglia added a sacrifice fly. Aside from that though, Keuchel was terrific at Coors Field. He got eight swings and misses on 78 pitches in the ballgame, posting a CSW of 23 percent. Keuchel will attempt to further improve upon his 6.75 ERA and 1.61 WHIP when he takes on the Dodgers in Los Angeles on Sunday. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:14 pm
    • Ryan Feltner delivers strong start in no-decision
Ryan Feltner delivered a strong start in a no-decision against the Brewers on Tuesday, allowing one run on six hits over his five frames.

Advice: The right-hander punched out three batters on the evening while allowing a pair of walks. The lone tally against him came in the second inning on an RBI single off the bat of Sal Frelick. The Brewers then loaded the bases with two outs in the inning, but the 27-year-old hurler got Brice Turang to ground out to end the threat. Feltner generated seven swings and misses on 83 pitches on the night, registering a CSW of 29 percent. He’ll carry a 5.60 ERA, 1.46 WHIP and a 78/25 K/BB ratio (91 2/3 innings) into Sunday’s showdown against the Royals. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:14 pm

Carrasco did not factor into the decision in Tuesday's 7-6 win over the White Sox, allowing three runs on four hits and one walk with seven strikeouts over six innings.

He registered an impressive 10 swinging strikes on 70 pitches and has logged quality starts in two of his past three outings. • Logs quality start in no-decision
Flexen did not factor into the decision in Tuesday's 7-6 loss to the Guardians, allowing six runs (three earned) on six hits and one walk with three strikeouts over six innings.

Advice: Flexen entered the sixth inning in a 3-3 tie but an error by Paul DeJong led to three unearned runs before he finished the frame at 101 pitches. It wasn't the most appealing quality start, but Flexen has now logged two in his past three outings. The 30-year-old has not recorded a win since May 8 and owns a 5.08 ERA, 1.39 WHIP and 63:33 K:BB over 85 innings. He lines up for a road matchup with the Marlins this weekend. Advice: Keller was burned by the long ball, surrendering a two-run home run in the second inning and a grand slam in the fourth. After completing at least six frames in eight consecutive starts from May 6 to June 19, the righty has now failed to do so in his past two outings. The 28-year-old will bring a solid 3.48 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 96:27 K:BB over 103.1 innings into a projected home matchup with the Mets this weekend. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:08 pm

He bounced back with his control after walking five batters June 26 but was pulled after a season-low 79 pitches and has surrendered four earned runs in back-to-back outings.
