Corbin Burnes allowed one run in seven innings and got the win in the Orioles’ 11-2 victory over the Rangers on Monday.
Advice: Burnes gave up nine hits, walked none and struck out five. The win was his ninth of the year. Burnes was on cruise control in this one. Despite the nine hits, he allowed just one run on a solo home run off the bat of Adolis Garcia. Burnes lowered his ERA to 2.28 in the process. The 29-year-old right-hander is set to face the Mariners on the road next week.
Stephenson (personal) was scratched from Thursday's lineup against the Cardinals, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

Tyler Stephenson was scratched from the lineup for Thursday’s game against the Cardinals.
Advice: Stephenson left the club on Thursday evening to be with his pregnant wife, according to a team statement. There’s a strong possibility he’s away from the team for the next couple days. It’ll be Luke Maile handling the catching duties in his absence. Austin Wynns would most likely come back up from Triple-A Louisville, if he’s gone more than a day or two. RotoworldYesterday, 4:52 pm
Ian Happ hit a go-ahead homer in the 10th to help give the Cubs a 5-3 win over the Giants on Thursday.
Advice: Happ gave the Cubs a 5-3 lead with a two-run shot off Luke Jackson to give Chicago the 5-3 lead and ultimately the victory. The 29-year-old had been scuffling as of late with just two hits in his last 21 at-bats coming into the contest, but he was able to procure his 10th homer and 41st and 42nd RBI in this one. Happ’s consistency is basically nonexistent, but he’s capable of going on streaks. Perhaps this is the start of a good one. RotoworldYesterday, 4:51 pm
Daulton Varsho (back) returned to the lineup for Thursday’s game against the Yankees.
Advice: Varsho is back in center field and batting seventh on Thursday evening following a four-game absence due to an ongoing back issue. The hope here is that the extra time off out of an abundance of caution is enough to prevent the issue from becoming an even greater concern. RotoworldYesterday, 2:09 pm

India went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI in Wednesday's 6-1 loss to Pittsburgh.

Gallen (hamstring) could be activated from the 15-day injured list to start Saturday against Oakland if he recovers well from Thursday's bullpen session, Alex Weiner of ArizonaSports.com reports.
Advice: Thursday's bullpen session will be the second one thrown by Gallen, who also has a couple of simulated games under his belt since he landed on the injured list. The right-hander hasn't appeared in a game since May 30, when he threw just six pitches against the Mets before being removed due to the hamstring strain. Rotowire.comYesterday, 5:36 am
Lourdes Gurriel Jr. went 1-for-3 with a triple and two RBI against the Twins on Wednesday.
Advice: Gurriel Jr. drove in two of the D-Backs’ three runs against the Twins, starting with a triple in the fourth to bring in the first run of the game for Arizona. With a runner on third in the sixth inning, he drove in a second run with a sacrifice fly. The 30-year-old outfielder is hitting .260/.293/.409 with 10 homers and 45 RBI across 310 plate appearances.
