    • Nick Gonzales lifts homer in blowout loss to COL
Nick Gonzales homered and drove home two runs in a loss to the Rockies on Saturday.

Advice: Gonzales tied the game at 1-1 with a solo homer off Ty Blach in the fourth frame. The former top prospect has been able to pick up five homers in his 117 at-bats, and that roundtripper along with an RBI on a fielder’s choice give him 25 on the year. Rotoworld Today, 8:59 pm

    • Homers, drives in three in loss
Ramos went 3-for-5 with a home run and three RBI in a 4-3 loss to the Angels on Saturday.

Advice: Ramos did all the damage for the Giants on Saturday, hitting a two-run home run off Patrick Sandoval in the first inning and adding an RBI double in the fifth. He later doubled again in the seventh. Ramos has been absolutely raking in June, hitting .392 with six home runs, 17 RBI and eight multi-hit games. He has been one of this season's best early surprises, hitting .325 with 8 home runs and 30 RBI in 126 at-bats. Rotowire.com Today, 7:14 pm

    • Heliot Ramos homers, doubles twice vs. Angels
Heliot Ramos went 3-for-5 with a home run, two doubles, and three RBI against the Angels on Saturday.

Advice: Ramos stayed red hot at the plate on Saturday collecting three hits and driving in all three runs for the Giants. He took Patrick Sandoval deep for a two-run shot in the first inning, then drove in the third run on a double in the fifth. Ramos added a third extra-base hit with a double in the seventh. The 24-year-old outfielder is hitting an excellent .325/.407/.571 with eight homers and 30 RBI across 145 plate appearances. Rotoworld Today, 3:53 pm

    • Kyle Tucker (shin) might require rehab assignment
Astros manager Joe Espada told reporters Saturday that Kyle Tucker (shin) might require a minor league rehab assignment.

Advice: Espada elaborated that Tucker might need some rehab games to get back up to speed if he doesn’t resume running at some point this weekend. The 27-year-old fantasy superstar has been out since early June recovering from a right shin contusion and has yet to resume baseball activities. There should be a clearer picture of his potential return timeline at some point in the coming days. It certainly doesn’t sound like he’s close at this juncture. Rotoworld Today, 10:45 am

    • Jared Koenig to open for Brewers on Saturday
Jared Koenig will start on Saturday against the Reds.

Advice: Koenig will take the ball as Milwaukee’s opener before turning things over the Bryse Wilson for a bulk relief appearance. The 30-year-old has been outstanding this season with a microscopic 1.72 ERA, 0.93 WHIP and 26/6 K/BB ratio across 31 1/3 innings (22 appearances, four starts). He hasn’t given up a run in 11 consecutive appearances dating back to May 17. Rotoworld Today, 9:00 am
    • Will open Saturday's game
Koenig will serve as the Brewers' opening pitcher in Saturday's game against the Reds, Curt Hogg of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Advice: It's a familiar role for Koenig, who hasn't been scored upon in 4.1 innings as an opener this season. He's expected to be followed Saturday by Bryse Wilson in bulk relief. Rotowire.com Today, 8:46 am
    • Collects two hits in return
Profar went 2-for-4 in Friday's loss to the Mets.

Advice: Profar missed Wednesday's contest due to left knee soreness. The issue has been ongoing for Profar, but Wednesday's absence was his first of the campaign, so it's likely that he'll continue playing through it unless the injury worsens. Profar has been among the best hitters in the league this season -- his two singles Friday pushed his batting average up to .326, second among qualified hitters in the majors behind teammate Luis Arraez. • Stuck with tough loss Friday
Waldron (4-6) took the loss Friday as the Padres were downed 2-1 by the Mets, giving up two runs on three hits and two walks over seven innings. He struck out two.

Advice: The knuckleballer delivered his fourth straight quality start while lasting seven innings for just the second time this season, but San Diego's offense gave little support. Waldron has gone seven straight outings in which he's pitched at least five innings and allowed two runs or fewer, posting a stellar 1.91 ERA, 0.87 WHIP and 41:10 K:BB through 42.1 innings over that stretch. He'll look to keep rolling in his next start, which is scheduled to come on the road next week in Philadelphia. Rotowire.com Today, 7:37 am
    • Charged with blown save
Miller struck out one batter and walked one over 1.2 innings Friday against Minnesota. He was charged with a blown save during the loss.

Advice: Miller entered the game in the eighth inning with the bases jammed and immediately walked in the game-tying run. He then retired five straight batters before the Twins went on to win in the 10th. Miller's ERA dropped to 2.27, as he was not charged with a run, but he's now blown two of his last three save chances dating back to May 30. Rotowire.com Today, 4:52 am
