    • Homers again Wednesday
Lewis went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Wednesday's loss to the Yankees.

Advice: Lewis homered in his return from a lengthy absence due to a quad injury Tuesday, and he left the yard again Wednesday in his second game back. The third baseman has played in just three contests this season, but he's maximized his opportunities with a long ball in each of those games. Altogether, he's gone 4-for-7 with the three homers, three RBI and two walks across nine plate appearances. Rotowire.com 41 minutes ago

    • Perfect for Save No. 8
Fairbanks picked up the save Wednesday against Miami, striking out one over a perfect inning.

Advice: Fairbanks tossed a perfect inning for the second consecutive night and extended his streak of appearances without an earned run to 12. He's allowed just seven hits and two walks during that stretch with 11 punchouts. Despite a nearly three-week IL stint, Fairbanks has eight saves in nine attempts and owns a 3.32 ERA overall. • Grabs five-out save
Miller allowed one run on one hit and one walk with one strikeout over 1.2 innings, earning the save in Wednesday's 2-1 win over the Mariners.

Advice: Miller was strong, aside from a 102.5 mph pitch that Julio Rodriguez took out of the yard in the ninth inning. This was Miller's first outing since his blown save versus the Rays last Thursday. The flamethrower has been tagged for eight runs (five earned) over his last 7.1 innings, but he has three saves and a blown save in that span. For the season, he's up to 12 saves in 13 chances with a 2.28 ERA, 0.90 WHIP and 52:11 K:BB across 27.2 innings. Rotowire.com Today, 9:34 pm
    • Drives in four
Gonzales went 2-for-3 with a two-RBI double, a sacrifice fly and an RBI single during Wednesday's 10-6 win over the Dodgers.

Advice: Despite the Pirates putting up a 10-spot, Gonzales' two-RBI double in the second inning was Pittsburgh's lone extra-base hit on the day. His four RBI tied his career high, which was set May 24 against Atlanta. Before that, the 25-year-old hadn't generated more than two RBI in a game in his career. Wednesday's contest added to Gonzales' breakout campaign, as he's slashing .310/.355/.500 with 20 RBI, 12 runs and two stolen bases in 94 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Today, 9:31 pm

    • Mason Miller locks down five-out save vs. Mariners
Mason Miller allowed a run over 1 2/3 innings while striking out one to earn the save against the Mariners on Wednesday.

Advice: Miller was asked to preserve the A’s two-run lead in the eighth inning with two runners on and one out. He induced a fly out and a groundout to keep the Mariners scoreless. Miller returned for the ninth and surrendered a solo homer to Julio Rodríguez before locking down his 12th save of the season. Rotoworld Today, 9:02 pm
    • Nick Gonzales knocks in four in win over Dodgers
Nick Gonzales drove in four runs with a double, a single and a sac fly Wednesday as the Pirates bested the Dodgers 10-6.

Advice: Gonzales is now tied for third on the Pirates with 20 RBI, even as he’s a distant 11th on the team with 90 plate appearances. The Pirates started him at shortstop for the second time tonight, as Oneil Cruz was sitting against a lefty. Gonzales definitely seems better off at second, but the versatility helps, especially since he probably isn’t going to keep up this pace offensively. Rotoworld Today, 7:00 pm

    • Royce Lewis homers again in loss to Yankees
Royce Lewis homered for the third consecutive game on Wednesday, but it wasn’t enough to lead the Twins past the Yankees.

Advice: Lewis went deep on opening day and then crushed another homer in his return from the injured list on Tuesday. He followed that up with a 373-foot (100.3 mph EV) solo shot off of Dennis Santana in the seventh inning that pulled the Twins to within six runs at 9-3. He finished the night 1-for-4 and is now hitting .571/.667/1.857 with three homers and three RBI through his first three games on the season. He just needs to stay healthy. • Pete Fairbanks closes out Marlins on Wednesday
Pete Fairbanks slammed the door on the Marlins in the ninth inning on Wednesday, preserving a two-run lead to earn his eighth save of the season.

Advice: The 30-year-old right-hander made quick work of the Marlins in this one, getting Dane Myers on a swinging third strike, Tim Anderson on a ground ball to shortstop and Vidal Brujan on a line drive to center to end it. He needed just 11 pitches (10 strikes) to dispatch of the Fish. On the season, Fairbanks now sports a 3.32 ERA to go with a 22/10 K/BB ratio over 19 innings on the season. Rotoworld Today, 6:04 pm
    • Francisco Lindor leaves the yard in rout of Nats
Francisco Lindor went 2-for-5 with a homer and a pair of runs scored on Wednesday as the Mets routed the Nationals in Washington.

Advice: The dynamic 30-year-old shortstop went back-to-back with Luis Torrens off of Patrick Corbin in the sixth inning, with his 428-foot (109.3 mph EV) bomb increasing the Mets’ lead to 4-0. He also led off the seventh inning with a single and scored as J.D. Martinez bounced into a double play. With his two-hit attack, Lindor is now hitting .235/.302/.410 to go along with 10 long balls, 31 RBI and nine stolen bases on the season. Rotoworld Today, 4:38 pm
