    • Records eighth save
Yates allowed a hit and a walk while striking out two over one scoreless inning to earn the save in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: This was Yates' first save since May 8, as opportunities have been few and far between for saves recently. He pitched four times between saves, allowing one run on two hits and three walks over three innings. The right-hander has eight saves, two holds, a 0.90 ERA, 0.90 WHIP and 25:10 K:BB over 20 innings this season. Rotowire.com Today, 9:01 pm

    • Ben Brown no-hits the Brewers for seven innings
Ben Brown pitched seven innings of no-hit ball in the Cubs’ win over the Brewers on Tuesday.

Advice: Brown was excellent in this one. The righty needed just 41 pitches to get through the first four innings and struck out six of the first 12 batters he faced to start the game. His two walks allowed were his lone blemishes on the evening, but Brown has now allowed just two hits in his last 13 innings pitched while boasting a 19/5 K/BB ratio. Brown lowered his ERA to 2.72 on the season but was robbed of his second win after Hector Neris blew a save opportunity in the ninth. Brown will look to continue his hot streak in his next start on Sunday against the Reds. Rotoworld Today, 7:58 pm

    • Kirby Yates earns eighth save vs. D-Backs
Kirby Yates earned his eighth save of the season in Tuesday’s win over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Yates had to tightrope out of danger to earn the save in this one. The righty allowed a two-out walk to Eugenio Suárez only to see a single by Gabriel Moreno move Suárez into scoring position. Fortunately for Yates, a strikeout of Kevin Newman would end the game and secure the win for the Rangers, who have now won back-to-back games after dropping their previous six. • Marcell Ozuna homers in win over Nationals
Marcell Ozuna went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in a win over the Nationals on Tuesday.

Advice: Ozuna took Matt Barnes deep 413 feet at 107 mph off the bat to score the first run of the game. It was the only run the Braves would need. The home run was his 16th of the season to go along with 48 RBIs. With Ronald Acuna Jr. hurt and Matt Olson and Austin Riley off to slower-than-normal starts, Ozuna’s performance has been crucial for Atlanta early in the season. Rotoworld Today, 7:07 pm

    • Sitting down Tuesday
Campusano isn't in the Padres' lineup for Tuesday's game against Miami.

Advice: Campusano will get a day to clear his head Tuesday after going 0-for-11 across his last five games. Kyle Higashioka will fill in behind the dish and bat ninth. Rotowire.com Today, 3:15 pm

    • Hyde: Dean Kremer (triceps) to resume throwing
Orioles manager Brandon Hyde told reporters Tuesday that Dean Kremer (triceps) will resume throwing later this week.

Advice: Kremer hit the injured list last week with a right triceps strain, so it’s an encouraging development that he’s ready to resume throwing already. The 28-year-old righty should rejoin Baltimore’s starting rotation mix at some point in mid-June. Rotoworld Today, 1:40 pm

    • Close to playing catch
Orioles manager Brandon Hyde said Tuesday that Kremer (triceps) is improving and could be cleared to play catch soon, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Kremer was placed on the 15-day injured list this past Friday, but it's looking like his absence might not last long. That said, it might be a push for the right-hander to return when eligible on June 5. More should be known on Kremer's potential timetable in the coming days. Rotowire.com Today, 1:31 pm

    • White Sox put Mike Clevinger (elbow) on 15-day IL
White Sox placed RHP Mike Clevinger on the 15-day injured list, retroactive to May 25, with right elbow inflammation.

Advice: Clevinger was scratched from Tuesday’s scheduled outing against the Blue Jays after receiving a cortisone shot to address the issue. The 33-year-old right-hander is expected to resume throwing at some point later this week and is expected to be ready to return in early June when first eligible to be activated. • Clevinger heading to injured list with elbow issue
Mike Clevinger has been scratched from Tuesday’s start against the Blue Jays and will be placed on the 15-day injured list due to elbow soreness.

Advice: Clevinger was scheduled for the start Tuesday against Toronto, but the 33-year-old instead will hit the injured list because of the elbow issue. Jake Woodford will get the start in Clevinger’s place, as he’ll get recalled from Triple-A to take the ball in Clevinger’s absence. Rotoworld Today, 12:47 pm
