    • Lugo gets 10th win after six strong vs. Dodgers
      Seth Lugo gave up two runs in six innings to get a win against the Dodgers on Saturday.

      Advice: The victory is already the 10th of the season for Lugo. The right-hander allowed a two-run single to Gavin Lux in the fourth, but outside of that he handled the Dodgers lineup without many issues. He scattered six hits allowed while walking just one and striking out four. Lugo has been excellent in 2024, and it’d be a surprise if he wasn’t an All-Star at this point.       Ramos went 3-for-5 with a home run and three RBI in a 4-3 loss to the Angels on Saturday.

      Advice: Ramos did all the damage for the Giants on Saturday, hitting a two-run home run off Patrick Sandoval in the first inning and adding an RBI double in the fifth. He later doubled again in the seventh. Ramos has been absolutely raking in June, hitting .392 with six home runs, 17 RBI and eight multi-hit games.       Heliot Ramos went 3-for-5 with a home run, two doubles, and three RBI against the Angels on Saturday.

      Advice: Ramos stayed red hot at the plate on Saturday collecting three hits and driving in all three runs for the Giants. He took Patrick Sandoval deep for a two-run shot in the first inning, then drove in the third run on a double in the fifth. Ramos added a third extra-base hit with a double in the seventh.       Advice: Winker awkwardly slid back into second after rounding the base on a Ildemaro Vargas hit and was removed from the game in the third inning.       Advice: Craig Counsell didn't offer much of a timeline for Wicks' recovery, mentioning only that Wicks was "going to miss some time." However, a Grade 2 sprain likely indicates that Wicks will be sidelined for significantly longer than the minimum 15 days, leaving his rotation spot to Kyle Hendricks for the foreseeable future.
