      Advice: Volpe’s 21-game hitting streak came to an end during Thursday’s series finale against the Angels when he went 0-for-5, but he’s reached base safely in 28 consecutive contests since May 2, which puts him in a tie with teammate Aaron Judge for the longest active streak in the game. The 23-year-old is excelling at the dish in the wake of last offseason’s offensive overhaul to his swing and approach. Judge has 21 long balls, 47 RBI, 42 runs scored, two stolen bases and a .287/.414/.662 slash line through 60 contests this year, a level of production that should have him firmly in the MVP conversation.       Taj Bradley allowed nine runs across 3 1/3 innings in a loss to the Orioles on Saturday.

      Advice: Bradley had some trouble keeping the ball in the yard in Baltimore. Ryan Mountcastle got the scoring started with a two-run blast in the first inning. Anthony Santander followed with a solo homer. Jordan Westburg then led off the second with the third home run for the Orioles. Baltimore would bring six more runs in, including another two-run blast by Ryan Mountcastle in the fourth, before Bradley was relieved. The 23-year-old right-hander ends the day with a 5.81 ERA, 1.25 WHIP, and a 32/9 K/BB ratio across 26 1/3 innings.
