      Advice: Clase had allowed earned runs in consecutive appearances on June 9 and 11 but has regained his form since, tossing his third consecutive clean outing to close out the game for the Guardians. Clase ranks first in the American League with 22 saves, ranking behind only Ryan Helsley of the Cardinals who has 24 to lead the major leagues. The outfielder would then add a double in the ninth before coming around to score for a third time, giving him back-to-back multi-hit games.       CJ Abrams is day-to-day after an MRI this week revealed a Ganglion cyst on his left palm near his wrist.

      Advice: Nationals manager Dave Martinez told reporters Thursday that it isn’t a serious concern. We’re not medical professionals, but a Ganglion cyst is basically a non-cancerous lump that appears along the joints of the wrists or hands. It doesn’t sound like a serious concern moving forward as the issue mighty simply go away on its own, but it’s something Abrams will have to manage going forward.       Abrams is considered day-to-day after an MRI revealed a ganglion cyst on his left wrist, Spencer Nusbaum of The Washington Post reports.

      Advice: A ganglion cyst is a noncancerous lump which is commonly found on the tendons or joints of the wrists and hands.       Emmanuel Clase hurled a scoreless ninth to pick up a save against the Mariners on Thursday.

      Advice: It’s already the 22nd save of the season for Clase, and the hunt for a 50-save season is certainly on. The right-hander didn’t allow a hit and procured a strikeout, and the scoreless frame puts his ERA at a dazzling 0.76.
