Unlimited moves are set in this league to allow someone to add and drop players as much as needed to make their team better. This league is intended for each manager to act as the general manager of a baseball team. You are not allowed to add and drop players daily just for the intent of gaining a player that plays the next day. You cant add and drop pitchers daily so you pick up a pitcher that pitches the next day then you drop him for another pitcher that pitches the next day. You can add any player you think makes your team better. So if you pick up a pitcher and intend on keeping him a while if he plays well you may do so.

So basically don't add and drop pitchers or players daily only because they play the next day. Then you intend on dropping them and picking up another player that plays the next day so you can have more players going than the other team each day. If you pickup a player, you should be doing so because you plan on keeping that player for a while to make your team better.

In the playoffs this is watched Very closely to make sure that someone that is behind in hitting or pitching stats doesn't add a pitcher so they can get more Ks or more hits etc than the person he or she is playing because they see their team is behind and might not catch up. A reminder: The cant cut list is set but can be undone if someone needs me to change it and allow them to drop a player that actually shouldn't be on the cant cut list anymore. Example might be a player who was a high draft pick and has had a horrible half season, Yahoo many times still will have that player on the cant cut list.
