Santander went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional run scored during Sunday's 6-3 win over the Athletics.

Advice: Santander got the Orioles on the board in the first inning, tagging Oakland starter Mitch Spence for a solo shot. The long ball was Santander's ninth of the last 21 games, bringing his season total to 23 homers. Only Aaron Judge, Shohei Ohtani and Gunnar Henderson have hit more round trippers than Santander. • Hitting streak reaches eight games
Sosa went 2-for-4 with a run scored and a stolen base Sunday against the Marlins.

Advice: Sosa extended his hitting streak to eight games, six of which have been multi-hit performances. Across those eight games, he's gone 15-for-34 with a pair of home runs, six RBI and six runs scored. Sosa also swiped his first bag since June 10. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:17 pm

    • Tallies two hits, swipes base
Keith went 2-for-4 with a walk and an RBI in Sunday's 5-1 win over the Reds. He also stole a base.

Advice: Keith extended his hitting streak to five games, and he's gone 9-for-21 during the stretch with three home runs and a stolen base. The 22-year-old is starting to settle in at the MLB level offensively, plus he's running a bit more than anticipated, as he never stole more than four bases in a season during his time in the minors. Keith is still known more for his power than his speed, but any contributions in the steals category is a welcome bonus. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:58 pm

    • Handed loss Sunday
Soriano (4-7) allowed three runs on six hits and a walk while striking out three over five innings to take the loss Sunday versus the Cubs.

Advice: Soriano gave up two runs in the third inning and another in the fifth, and the Angels mustered just three hits to give him little support. He's allowed seven runs over nine innings across two starts since he returned from an abdominal infection. The right-hander is now at a 3.87 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 67:30 K:BB through 81.1 innings over 16 appearances (14 starts). After stretching out to 73 pitches Sunday, Soriano should be able to handle close to a full workload in his next start, which is tentatively projected to be at home versus the Mariners. • José Soriano gives up three runs in loss to Cubs
José Soriano lost to the Cubs after allowing three runs in five innings Sunday.

Advice: Soriano settled for four missed swings and three strikeouts today, but only four of the 17 balls in play against him were hit hard. While his two starts since coming off the IL haven’t gone as hoped, his velocity and movement seem fine. He’ll face the Mariners in his final start before the break. • Lenyn Sosa has two hits in loss
Lenyn Sosa went 2-for-4 in a loss to the Marlins on Sunday.

Advice: It’s gone under the radar but Sosa has been solid of late, going 17-for-54 (.315) over his last 15 games with two home runs and seven RBI. He’s striking out just 15% of the time and playing every day, so the recent hot stretch could certainly put him on the radar in deeper formats, but he may not last long on your roster. • Jesse Winker doubles twice in loss
Jesse Winker went 2-for-4 with two doubles, a run scored, and an RBI on Sunday against the Cardinals.

Advice: Winker continues to mash. His two doubles took his season total to 17 and he has six in his last 23 plate appearances. It was bizarre to watch his downturn over the past few seasons but he seems back to being the patient, all-fields hitter he was when he was at his best. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:48 pm

    • Roughed up in loss
Mercado (1-1) took the loss Sunday against Atlanta. He allowed five runs on five hits, three walks and a strikeout over 1.2 innings.

Advice: Mercado was given another start after a solid outing against the Cubs on Tuesday. Unfortunately, the rookie right-hander was chased early on Sunday after allowing three homers in the second inning. It was the shortest outing by a Phillies starter this season. With Taijuan Walker (finger) and Spencer Turnbull (lat) both out through the All-Star break, Mercado should be given more opportunities to gain valuable experience. • Michael Mercado blown up by Braves
Michael Mercado allowed five earned runs in just 1 2/3 innings on Sunday against the Braves. He also walked three batters and struck out just one.

Advice: Mercado just could not follow up his fantastic first start. He walked three batters in the first inning and was clearly being careful with the top of the Braves’ lineup. Then, they flipped the order over in the second inning and it was open season. Mercado was mercifully pulled after Matt Olson took him deep for Atlanta’s third home run of the inning. This was a start to flush and get rid of. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:16 pm
