This outing ended a few impressive stretches for Lorenzen -- it was the first time in nine starts he allowed more than three runs, and it also marked the first time in his last four appearances that he issued multiple walks. Given his success this yea (3.40 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 58:35 K:BB over 82 innings across 14 starts), it's safe to assume this was just a blip against a tough opponent. The Giants scratched out a run against him on a sacrifice fly in the first inning. The right-hander clearly didn’t have his best command, as he gave up the two roundtrippers and also issued four walks against three strikeouts.       Advice: Marte opened the scoring with an RBI single in the second inning, which was ultimately enough offense for Arizona to win. He's been good over the latter half of June, going 16-for-45 (.356) with seven extra-base hits and 12 RBI over his last 12 contests.
