      Advice: Gallen will presumably head for some additional imaging the determine the severity of the injury and determine how much time he’ll wind up missing. The 28-year-old righty lasted just six pitches into Thursday’s outing at Citi Field before leaving with a trainer. He’s a near-lock to wind up requiring a trip to the injured list and will most likely wind up missing a couple weeks. It’s a tough break for the Diamondbacks, and fantasy managers, since Gallen has been one of the most durable starters in the fantasy landscape over the last few years.
