      Advice: Singer was able to keep the Rays' bats relatively quiet Tuesday, as the only run scored against him came as a result of a wild pitch in the second inning. However, a lack of run support from his offense combined with a collapse of Kansas City's bullpen following a lengthy rain delay will cause the 27-year-old righty to take his third loss in five starts.       Brady Singer pitched well in a losing effort against the Rays on Tuesday night, allowing one run on three hits over his five frames.

      Advice: Singer also issued three walks on a rainy evening in Kansas City while punching out four opposing hitters. The only run that scored against him came in the second inning as Richie Palacios scampered home on a wild pitch with two outs in the inning. The 27-year-old right-hander got 15 swings and misses on 88 pitches on the night — 10 of those on his slider — while posting a strong CSW of 32 percent.       Michael Kopech allowed one run on one hit in 1/3 of an inning in a loss to the Guardians on Tuesday.

      Advice: Kopech entered the ninth in a tie game and allowed a lead-off single to Andres Gimenez. Gimenez would later move over on a groundout and then a wild pitch allowed him to advance to third where he was driven in by a sac fly off the bat of Bo Naylor. Kopech had allowed just one run in his last six innings and wasn’t particularly bad here, but the wild pitch highlights some of the inconsistency that he brings at the end of games.
