      Orlando Arcia, who left Monday’s game with dizziness, is not in the lineup for the first game of Wednesday’s doubleheader against the Cardinals.

      Advice: Before Tuesday's game was rained out, Atlanta manager Brian Snitker disclosed that Arcia still wasn't feeling well after exiting Monday's 4-3 loss due to dizziness. Snitker didn't entirely rule Arcia out for both games of the twin bill, but it wouldn't be surprising if Atlanta opted to give the veteran shortstop the full day off to recover.       Arcia (head) got checked out at a local hospital Tuesday after continuing to feel unwell Monday night, and while tests came back negative, the shortstop could be sidelined for multiple days, Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. "We'll probably give him two or three days," manager Brian Snitker said prior to Tuesday's game in St. Louis being rained out.

      Advice: Arcia left Monday's 4-3 loss to St. Louis due to dizziness that was initially attributed to dehydration, although no official diagnosis has been announced. Atlanta is set to play a doubleheader Wednesday against the Cardinals following the rainout, but Arcia could end up sitting for the entire twin bill if he's still not feeling 100 percent.       Devers went 2-for-4 with a double, a solo home run and a second run scored in Tuesday's 9-4 loss to the Blue Jays.

      Advice: He took Kevin Gausman deep in the second inning and nearly did it again in the sixth, but his blast to the deepest part of the center field triangle at Fenway Park ended up being a double due to fan interference.       Smith started at third base and went 1-for-3 with an RBI in Tuesday's 3-1 loss to the Brewers. He was also hit by a pitch.

      Advice: Smith gave the Rangers an early lead in the top of the first inning but the offense was silenced for the last eight frames. The HBP was his second in as many games and third over the last five; he leads MLB in that category with 12. It was thought Smith's run at third base might come to end this week, but Josh Jung (wrist) experienced a setback and is not expected to return during the Rangers' road trip that ends Sunday in Baltimore.       Kwan went 1-for-5 with one RBI, a stolen base and one run scored in Tuesday's 10-8 win over the Orioles.

      Advice: Kwan has let his bat do the talking since he returned from a hamstring injury, going 33-for-75 (.440) over his last 19 contests. Predictably, he hasn't tried his luck much on the bases, going 1-for-2 in stolen base attempts in that span. He's now at a .385/.443/.563 slash line with seven home runs, 24 RBI, 48 runs scored and four steals over 51 contests, and it's safe to assume his speed will remain down given his history of hamstring issues.       Castillo (6-9) took the loss against the Rays on Tuesday, allowing four runs on five hits and four walks with four strikeouts over 5.1 innings.

      Advice: Castillo surrendered a leadoff home run to Yandy Diaz in the first inning and an RBI single to Jose Siri in the second. He responded with three scoreless frames but was pulled after walking two batters in the sixth. Both baserunners scored, resulting in the third time Castillo has yielded at least four earned runs in June.       Josh Smith went 1-for-3 with an RBI in Tuesday’s loss to the Brewers.

      Advice: Smith singled off Hoby Milner in the first inning to score Corey Seager from second, giving the Rangers an early 1-0 lead and their only run of the game. Smith was responsible for just one of five hits the Rangers had on the night, but the young third baseman has turned in a solid June, going 22-for-61 (.361) at the plate with eight extra-base hits and 10 RBI.       Rafael Devers went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in a loss to the Blue Jays on Tuesday.

      Advice: Devers’ home run was an absolute shot, traveling 467 feet at 111.2 mph. He also had a 112.6 mph double later in the game.
