  • Ryon Healy (head) expects to return Saturday
Ryon Healy (head) expects to return to the Athletics' lineup on Saturday.

Advice: Healy was removed from Friday's game after a rogue ground ball hopped up and hit him in the head, but he passed all of his concussion tests and anticipates getting right back in the lineup. Still, it wouldn't be a huge surprise to see him sit for a day just as a precautionary measure. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 11:09 pm
    Day-to-Day
  • Ryan Zimmerman goes 0-for-4 in loss
Ryan Zimmerman went 0-for-4 and struck out twice in the loss to the Diamondbacks on Friday.

Advice: Zimmerman was absolutely awesome for 30 games this year, hitting .435/.475/.907. In the 56 games since, he's been a below average regular, coming in at .259/.307/.406. It's past time that he get dropped behind Daniel Murphy and Anthony Rendon in the Nationals' lineup. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:20 pm
  • Bell has four-hit, four RBI night vs. Rockies
Josh Bell went 4-for-6 with four RBI and a run scored Friday versus the Rockies.

Advice: It was the first four-hit game of his career. Bell had a single, a double, and a triple, so only a home run was missing from a possible cycle. The 24-year-old doesn’t stand out on the surface with his .248 batting average, but he has 17 homers and a respectable .807 OPS through 96 games. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:45 pm
  • Dietrich hitless against Reds
Derek Dietrich went 0-for-4 with a strikeout in Friday’s win over the Reds.

Advice: Filling in for the injured Martin Prado (knee) at third base, Dietrich is batting just .239/.316/.374 through 79 games this season. The 28-year-old had an .800 OPS in 218 games between 2015-2016, so he’s capable of being useful in deeper mixed fantasy leagues. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:19 pm

  • Victor Martinez blasts two homers in victory
Victor Martinez blasted a pair of home runs and plated three on Friday, powering the Tigers to a 6-3 victory over the Twins.

Advice: Martinez got the Tigers on the board with a mammoth solo shot off of Ervin Santana in the first inning, then increased that lead to 4-0 by victimizing Santana for a two-run shot in the fourth. He finished the night 2-for-4 with a pair of runs scored. Since returning from the disabled list, Martinez is hitting .275 (19-for-69) with three homers and 12 RBI in 18 games.
