First and foremost, congratulations to the Field Series Champions, Featherless Chickens, and Manager, Ron D.! This is the third Championship in Chickens' franchise history, and the first Title for Manager, Ron D.
Also, Consolation Champion, The New Guy will have the #1 draft position in the 2018 draft.
Thank you all for another great fantasy baseball season! Following reaching the maximum consecutive season mark, Jose Altuve is the big addition to the free agent market, and will be available in the 2018 draft.

I have just a quick note regarding the All-Star game week. For those who have not already seen the note from Yahoo! at the top of the league page, this week's matchups will extend into a second week due to no MLB games being played for the first half of this week. The minimum IP still remains the same at 27 for the week as well. Please keep this in mind as we get through next Sunday that the week will not yet be complete.
The trade deadline is less than one month away. All trades have to be completed by the end of the day on Sunday, August 6, 2017.

All keeper submissions have been approved. In a surprising turn of events, five of the ten teams opted to send all prior roster players into the draft pool by selecting zero keepers. This will undoubtedly be the biggest draft in recent years.

Managers can also submit an additional NA player as a keeper that will be positioned for the last round of the draft. Here is the list of current NA players that are currently on rosters:

Welcome to the Boston Fantasy Baseball League 2017 season!
Upon renewing this season, all 2016 managers were given automatic invites and accepted into the league. If any manager wishes to back out of the league please message me so I can find a replacement manager. If I don't get any response, then I will go forward with the current manager list. I will be finalizing teams and locking the manager list on March 1, 2017 unless I happen to be looking for a replacement manager.
I will be setting an official keeper deadline and draft date soon. Until then, any managers who are on board for this year; Feel free to select up to four keeper players and/or a NA player at any time.
