Again, a big thank you to everyone, for another great, competitive season. The league history page has been updated to reflect this historic year. Nearly every single batting record was broken this year!

Good morning,
We are in the Field Series Championship week of the season! First and foremost, I want to thank everyone for another great season. The participation, and competition was excellent this year. I hope new managers enjoyed the format.
We have a matchup of the Clarksville Crushers and Westport Pilots, in the Field Series finals for the second year in a row! This is shaping up to be a great rivalry. Good luck to both of those teams.

In the Consolation Championship we have the Texas Leaguers and Eaton Her Pujols. The winner of the Consolation Championship is awarded the first draft position next season. Good luck, as well.

Good morning from the third day of Week 2!
Just a quick note, mostly for new managers that joined this season; The minimum IP for ever week is 27 IP. Basically that factors into 4.5 quality starts. Given the first week was more like 1.5 weeks worth of games, that was clearly a non-factor. Going forward though, 27 IP minimum in the 7 day week. If that is not met, you will lose all pitching categories.

Keeper players have all been approved and the draft is officially set up and ready to go. Check out the draft results link at the top of the league page to see keeper placement and when your first pick from the draft pool occurs.

Good afternoon,
Just a friendly reminder to all league managers that keeper submissions as due by the end of the day today, as I will be finalizing them and setting up the draft tomorrow. Almost fully into baseball season! Each manager can keep up to four players from their rosters. In addition any NA players can be kept as a last round draft pick.

Happy baseball season!
Welcome to the 2019 BFBL Season. Upon renewing the League, all 2018 managers got invites back for the current season. Any managers who wish to be replaced, just let me know and I can work on a replacement manager. Feel free to make your teams personal with names, custom logos, etc. Have fun with it!
Each team can find a link at the top of their team page to select their keeper players for the 2019 season. Each manager can keep up to four players, who are pre-positioned into the first set of rounds. In addition, managers can also select a NA player to be a last round draft pick as a rising potential star to take a flyer on.
The draft is scheduled for Monday, March 18 at 8:15pm EDT. Keeper players are due one week prior and have to be submitted prior to the end of Monday, March 11.
2019 Changes:
- DL positions have been expanded from 2 to 4 due to the 15 day DL MLB change from recent seasons.
- Roster moves are now Daily-Today instead of taking effect on the next day (Tomorrow).
- Trade deadline has moved back one week compared to prior seasons, to August 11.
