This is a 20 team dynasty keeper league. Keeper settings from year to year are that all players on the final roster from the previous season are kept for the next year (including DL and NA roster spots). There is no limit to how long players are kept. Only players available in the Yahoo player list can be on a team or drafted.

2nd - $125
3rd - $75

1st - $250
2nd - $100

$75 for most improved in win total from last year
Rules for new player draft at the beginning of each season:
Before the start of each season, there is a 2 round draft for players who were not kept at the end of the previous season. Draft order is the reverse of the previous year's standings - not snake order (the worst team from last year will pick at the start of each round).
Because of NA/DL roster positions from the previous season and the addition of 2 new players, a team may have more than 23 roster spots before the season starts. After the draft, all drafted players and kept players who don't fit on the roster are on hold until the season opening day. (This will be noted with a post on the message board). These players cannot be claimed by other teams until the season start. Kept players from the previous year can also be dropped during this time to get a valid roster.
Rules for waivers and head to head matchups.
All unowned players are free agents - there are not standard waivers. There are a maximum 5 adds per week for head to head matchups. Dropped players will go on waivers and claims will be made using FAAB budget ($100 per team).
For weekly matchups, rosters are edited daily and any added players immediately join the roster. There are no limits for games started for position players, for pitchers there is a 28 inning minimum for innings pitched per week (no maximum). If the weekly inning minimum is not met by a team they will lose all pitching categories.
There is a one day waiver period.
