Time to update that commish note from February....
Here's the URL for the minor league player database.

But since that all by itself is just not gonna cut it as a commish note,
1) Position players on minor league rosters become FA once they are over (not at) 60 games.
2) Things aren't quite as simple for pitchers with the IP based cap. If you have a starting pitcher who is at, let's say 98 innings, and he pitches 7 innings in his next appearance, getting him to 105 IP, the pitcher does not become an FA until he makes his next appearance after the one getting him to 105 IP. The same concept applies to relievers, too. -
Hello everybody, welcome to he 2012 Don't Drop Out league. There are a couple things I'd like to address before we get started this year:
1. The major league rosters will be set after the minor league draft is completed.
2. All rosters must be trimmed to 25 players on the ProBoards before we can draft, unless you have players opening the season on the DL in which case they may remain there until they are activated.
3. I expect that we'll have some trading to do after the minor league draft, and I have a PTBNL to work out, so there will be some delay between the completion of the minor league draft and the setting of the rosters on Yahoo! to allow for some trading action.
Ok, so that's about it for now. Be sure to stay tuned to the ProBoards forum and e-mail for other important updates, as not everything will be posted here.
