- Beginning this year, $3 increase to draft value for each year kept - everyone can see the draft results and keep track of current values.
- No limit to the number of years being kept
- Players retain their draft values all year regardless of player movement. Undrafted players will remain $1 (plus the $3 increase).
- Each manager has the ability to "Franchise" 1 player on their team each year. Franchised players retain the current draft value. Once Franchised, the player retains that designation all year regardless of player movement. Once Franchised, if you do not Franchise that player again next year - you cannot keep him at all and must join the draft pool. You can Franchise a player indefinitely.
Example - Puig is $1, he can be Franchised forever and always be $1. If Franchise given to another player, Puig is draft eligible.
Other notes:
- Each team gets $260 for draft.
- Each team can keep up to 20 players... yes, you can keep less than 20.
