  • 1) Each manager will be allowed to choose up to 8 keepers before the start of 2021 draft, those players will need to be a part of your team's roster at the end of the season, there is no penalization for keeping less than 8 players
    1A) You are not obligated to keep any keepers/ You can keep as few as none with a maximum of 8 and have the first 8 rounds of drafting next season potentially to yourself
    2) keepers can be any of the players in the roster at the end of the season, no matter of their position
    3) each manager will be required to set up his keepers before the keepers deadline expires, if a manager fails to do so it will be assumed he wants no keepers on the team
    4) keepers will be added at the top of next year's draft, so that if a manager chooses to have 8 keepers, that manager will actively forfeit the first 8 picks of the draft and start drafting in 2021 from round 9; if another manager has no keepers, he will start drafting from round 1
    5) trading of draft pick is allowed throughout the season and in the next season right after the keepers deadline
    6) trading of draft picks will be reflected in the 2021 draft according to the number of keepers each manager has, eg. if a manager has traded their 1st pick of the 2021 draft during the current season and that manager has also chosen to keep 8 players, then his 1st pick will be awarded to the team he traded with and his 8 keepers will be inserted in the draft from round 2 to round 9, having that manager entering the draft from round 10
    7) keepers will be highlighted by a letter 'K' beside their name in the roster, they will keep the designation throughout the season unless they get dropped by a manager and clear waivers becoming a free agent

    As a result of using keepers, there will never be a random draft again.... The draft will be set every season based on the following criteria:
    The First team out of the playoffs will receive the first pick; The second team out of the playoffs will receive the 2nd pick; Followed in inverse order of REGULAR SEASON Standings: So the draft will look like this every season as long as we use keepers:

    Pick 1 = 9th place finisher in regular season
    Pick 2 = 10 place finisher in regular season
    Pick 3 = Last place finisher in regular season
    Pick 4 = 13th place finisher in regular season
    Pick 5 = 12th place finisher in regular season
    Pick 6 = 11th place finisher in regular season
    (Playoff Qualifiers also select in inverse order of regular season standings)
    Pick 7 = 8th place finisher in regular season
    Pick 8 = 7th place finisher in regular season
    Pick 9 = 6th place finisher in regular season
    Pick 10 = 5th place finisher in regular season
    Pick 11 = 4th place finisher in regular season
    Pick 12 = 3rd place finisher in regular season
    Pick 13 = 2nd place finisher in regular season
    Pick 14 = 1st place finisher in regular season

    Explanation: In this league, we are not rewarding managers for not setting their lineups and finishing in last place. The managers who played the hardest but were not able to reach the playoffs will receive the first 2 picks followed last to first. As a result, the draft for the upcoming season will be set on the final day of the regular season, not effected by playoff performance. If you win the title from the 8th and final playoff spot, you will not be penalized in the upcoming draft. Your good fortune in the playoffs will not effect your draft position!
