Keep nine regular players, plus two players with MLB rookie eligibility (visible in commissioner note).
After the draft, there is NOT a waiver period. If desired, teams will be able to switch their two minors/keepers, as well as any other minors players drafted, into the three NA slots. Typically we go on waivers after the draft, but this change is so that teams with a 'full drafted lineup' in mind can immediately snag the undrafted FA that they would like to fill out their roster (as presumably most of us will have three open roster spots due to the NA).
Dropped players will work on waivers as usual. -
