TRADES
6. Trades will be subject to Commissioner Review. I will not judge trades based on fairness. If a trade seems overly lopsided or in bad faith for other reasons, I will ask both managers for their rationale. If both sides can articulate good faith motivations, the trade will be put through. When I am personally involved in a trade, I will consult with one manager who is not involved.
7. Trade deadline is August 16, 2015.
8. Draft picks may only be traded during the off-season.
9. Managers may trade for the rights to keep a player during the off-season.
10. Managers may trade for FAAB cash at any time.
KEEPERS
11. Managers may keep up to 3 major league players and 3 minor league players as long as they were drafted Third Round or later or picked up via FAAB bid or waivers. Players picked up as Free Agents may not be kept.
12. Major leaguers may only be kept for one year in the round that they were originally drafted in or in the last round of the draft if they were undrafted and picked up via FAAB bid or waivers. Drafted major league players picked up via FAAB bid or waivers are kept in the round they were originally drafted in.
13. Managers may keep a minor leaguer indefinitely and at no round pick cost until he becomes an established major leaguer.
14. If a manager attempts to keep a minor leaguer who ends up starting his keeper year on a major league team, that manager will forfeit that player, and he will be subject to FAAB bid.
15. If a manager keeps a minor leaguer who is eventually called up, he retains the right to keep that player ONE additional year as a major league keeper.
16. A minor league keeper that becomes a regular major leaguer may be kept as one of the manager’s 3 major league keepers.
17. Players retain keeper eligibility if they are traded.
18. Managers may keep two players drafted in the same round. One of the players will be slotted up to your next best available round.
WAIVERS
19. After the draft, there will be an initial 3-day waiver period.
20. After the initial 3-day waiver period , we will use 1-day waivers for dropped players and for those who are newly introduced into Yahoo's system.
