LEAGUE CONSITUTION:
Buyin: $35 to Leaguesafe.com. This must be paid before opening day. Anyone not paid by the date specified will be locked and unable to make any moves (roster or otherwise) until they are fully paid up. Please do not wait until the last minute as after you pay we have to be notified and we could have up to 24 hours to unlock your team as we all have personal lives outside this league
WAIVERS: Will reset each year in reverse order of how teams finished.
DRAFTS: Before season starts, we will hold a 2 round draft on the message board in reverse order of prior year standings.
DEAD TEAMS: If a manager leaves a team and a new owner can't be found, that team will be part of a separate draft for it's players based on the reverse order of standings the previous year.
FREE AGENT DRAFT: After the 2 round draft, there will be 3 free agent draft days, where after the specified time, each team may pick up one free agent (first come first serve). If a free agent pickup time stamp is prior to the designated time (or multiple picks by the same team), then they will be dropped and the team will forfeit that pick and the free agent will go back into the pool for the next day. You will also lose the player you dropped into the free agent pool.
Any players dropped during any draft will not be eligible for drafting. They will go into the free agent pool for pickup after the during the free agent draft.
TRADES: 6 Vetoes Nixes a trade. Any trade without a veto on the message board with a reasonable comment within 24 hours will be pushed thru.
CONDUCT: This is a game and meant to be fun. If you're gonna cause drama, this isn't the league for you and you should consider another. Personal attacks or collusive behavior will not be tolerated. Let's have some fun!

First thing we will do is replace the leaving managers. We have 3 managers leaving so we can find 3 more or find 1 more and perform a draft of those team’s players. I prefer to keep it at 16. I don’t play in many other leagues so I could use some help finding a couple. I have already found 1 manager, Kyle who will be joining us. They will just take over an existing team. The sooner we do this the sooner we can set keepers and start the draft. Let’s keep everyone updated on the message board. Thanks guys
