  • Welcome Back. I have made it possible for you to enter your own keepers if you'd like. I will be posting a list of managers that i do not have keepers from. If you posted them last season, then i have them. If you only e-mailed them to me, then i may not have them. I deleted a group of e-mails by accident and may have not written down your keepers. If you would, i would appreciate it if you would enter your own keepers and i will approve them. You have until 3/15 to decide on them.
    Teams will be allowed to keep (3) players from their roster that were drafted after round 2.
    No players from the first two rounds or free agents off waivers.
    The cost for keepers are a loss of draft pick 2 spots higher.
    example- Keep player drafted in the 4th round and you lose your 2nd round pick in the draft.
    Keepers can only be kept twice. Cost for 2nd year keeper is just two more draft positions. Trades do not reset keeper status.
    2014 season we bump to (4) and four will be the max.
    You are not required to keep any players if you choose not to.
    Keepers should be e-mailed to me or posted on message board by 3/8/2013
    So, in a nutshell, you can keep players drafted by yourself & players acquired from a trade that was drafted & never dropped. Instead of figuring average draft position, we are going two additional draft positions. This will be less complicated for everyone.
    If i have noticed a manager not being active (not setting their lineups for 2 or more days) i will e-mail that manager ONCE. If he has not responded or set his lineup in the next 2 days, he will be replaced as soon as i get a replacement manager. No matter if he is a friend, family or been in the league for years, he WILL be replaced. Sorry, but tired of slackers ruining my leagues. No reason why a manager can't contact me. If you have a dilemma post a message on the board and i can set your lineup for you temperarily until you get things straightened out. I don't want to lose anyone in the league, but am being strict on rules from the get go. Good Luck to all.
    Teams that leave the league or are booted from the league will be taken over by new managers - All assets will transfer.
    This season the draft order will be reverse of winning % of last season (not ranking). Draft order will be displayed as soon as league is filled.
    Next season draft order will be a little different. First pick in the draft will be awarded to team with the 9th best regular season record. Followed by the team with the 10th best regular season record and so on until 20th. Then draft order will go back to the 8th best, 7th best, 6th best and so on. Team with the best regular season record will select 20th in next season's draft.
    Also, in case you haven't noticed, i have added another Pitcher spot and 3 more bench spots. Now we have the same amount of pitchers as batters by request.
