  • As the season comes to a close, I want to remind everyone that Sunday is the final day of the season. Make sure to set your Sunday lineups reflective of the players that you would like to retain next season. Remember, you will keep everyone that is not in a bench roster spot, as well as have the option to select two players in bench roster spots at the beginning of next year. All remaining players will be available in the redraft or free agency. Next year's draft order will take place in reverse order of the final standings. Also, I will be looking for replacement managers to take over the teams that had inactive owners. Great season all!

  • With the recent release of Paul Goldschmidt, I want to take the time to make note again that this is a keeper league, meaning that teams will retain the majority of their roster next year. While a player may be out for the season, it may be wise to place a star player on DL for the remainder of the season to keep him next year.

    As a reminder, you are able to retain any players in the DL slot on the final day of the season. If you don't want a player that is injured, field trade offers for that player and consider the best deal you can get from other owners before opting to release a player.
