this year, every player will be on waivers at all times. you may bid on players at any time, but claims will only be processed once a week on monday mornings. everyone has a budget of 1000 fake dollars to spend on waiver claims.

next year, you can keep 3 players from your 2015 team. these players must have been drafted in the 10th round or later, or not drafted at all.
