      Corbin Carroll took the Padres’ Dylan Cease deep Sunday for his first homer since May 7.

      Advice: Carroll hit the ball 397 feet, his second-farthest shot this year. It’s the first time since that May 7 homer that he’d hit one over 370 feet. In addition, Teoscar Hernandez, Will Smith and Mookie Betts were named to the team with Freeman as reserves.
