    • Collects three hits
Paredes went 3-for-5 with a two-RBI double during Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Red Sox.

Advice: Paredes plated Josh Lowe and Randy Arozarena on a first-inning double to give the Rays an early lead. However, Tampa Bay wouldn't score again in the game, going 0-for-6 with runners in scoring position outside of Paredes' double. The third baseman has generated multiple hits in five of his last 10 games and leads the Rays in home runs and RBI on the year. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:48 pm

    • Isaac Paredes drives in two on three-hit night
Isaac Paredes went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBI in Tuesday’s loss to the Red Sox.

Advice: Paredes singled home two runs in the bottom of the first to give the Rays an early lead. Unfortunately, it would be the only two runs the Rays would score on the evening, as the lineup remained limited for much of the afternoon despite Paredes’ three-hit night. The veteran infielder has totaled 14 hits in his last 10 games and is hitting a solid .314 on the year. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:26 pm

    • Hits homer No. 9
Paredes went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run during Sunday's 5-2 loss to the Blue Jays.

Advice: Paredes was the only source of offense for the Rays, delivering a two-run homer off Zach Pop in the top of the ninth inning. The third baseman has notched a hit in seven straight starts, batting 11-for-28 (.392) with six RBI during that stretch. Rotowire.com Sunday, 10:17 pm

    • Isaac Paredes homers in loss
Isaac Paredes hit a two-run home run on Sunday against the Blue Jays.

Advice: Paredes’ homer was the only sign of life for the Rays’ offense on Sunday as they were stifled by Alek Manoah for seven innings. Paredes continues to prove his doubters wrong with a .309 batting average, .916 OPS, and nine home runs on the season. Rotoworld Sunday, 1:41 pm

    • Makes impact late in win
Lowe went 0-for-4 with two RBI in Saturday's 3-2 extra-innings win over the Angels.

Advice: Lowe, who is hitless over his last 13 at-bats, was the late-game hero for the Rangers. He set up extra innings with an run-producing, eighth-inning sacrifice fly, then Lowe was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 13th for the walk-off win. The two RBI give him 14 over 26 games. Rotowire.com Sunday, 7:07 am
    • Lowe gets plunked in 13th to give Rangers win
Nathaniel Lowe drove in two runs including a walk-off hit-by-pitch in the 13th inning against the Angels on Saturday.

Advice: The Angels decided to load the bases with an intentional walk to Corey Seager. It didn’t work out, as Carson Fulmer plunked Lowe to give the Rangers the win. Baseball strategy is a cruel enigma sometimes. Lowe has gotten on at a .391 clip since returning from injury, and he’s driven in 14 runs in 25 games. Rotoworld Saturday, 8:02 pm
    • Powers offense in nightcap Tuesday
Vaughn went 2-for-3 with a walk, two home runs and four RBI in a 4-0 win over the Nationals during the second game of Tuesday's doubleheader.

Advice: After looking shaky in the matinee by going 0-for-4 with two strikeouts, Vaughn's bat roared to life in the nightcap as he crushed a three-run homer off Mitchell Parker in the third inning before adding a solo shot off Jackson Rutledge in the eighth. All three of Vaughn's long balls on the season have come in the last five games, and over his last seven contests the 26-year-old first baseman has gone 9-for-26 (.346) with three doubles and six RBI. • Andrew Vaughn slugs two homers in win over Nats
Andrew Vaughn crushed a pair of homers to power the White Sox to a 4-0 victory over the Nationals in the second game of Tuesday’s doubleheader.

Advice: Vaughn was a one-man wrecking crew in this one and appears to be coming out of his extended slump at the outset of the season with three homers over his last four contests. He took Nationals starter Parker Mitchell deep for a three-run shot in the third inning before capping off the multi-homer effort with an eighth-inning solo blast off rookie Jackson Rutledge. • Sitting out series opener
Paredes is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Red Sox.

Advice: Paredes was hit in the helmet by a pitch in the seventh inning of Sunday's 10-6 loss to the Yankees, but he stayed in the game after being checked out. His absence from the lineup a day later may create some level of concern about his health, but Paredes could just be receiving a maintenance day after he had started in each of the Rays' last nine games. Amed Rosario will replace Paredes at the hot corner Monday, and for now, the expectation is that Paredes will be back in the lineup Tuesday. Rotowire.com Monday, 1:48 pm
