      Kwan went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a double in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Blue Jays.

      Advice: Kwan saw a 14-game hitting streak end Friday with an 0-for-4 performance, but he rebounded nicely Saturday. The homer was his third in June, and he's added six doubles, 10 RBI and 16 runs scored this month. The outfielder has matched his career high with six long balls, and with over half of the season to go, he has a reasonable chance at double digits.       Steven Kwan went 2-for-4 with a double and a home run against the Blue Jays on Saturday.

      Advice: Is there anything Kwan can’t do? The home run was his sixth of the year and second in his last four games. After going 0-for-4 on Friday to snap his 14-game hitting streak, he bounced back with another two hits. Kwan has been one of the best hitters in the league.       Advice: Gurriel was removed from Friday's game due to a sore left elbow, and it is seemingly bothering him enough to keep him from playing Saturday, though the D-backs don't believe his injury to be anything too serious.       The Diamondbacks placed Moreno on the 10-day injured list Saturday with a sprained left thumb, Nick Piecoro of The Arizona Republic reports.

      Advice: Moreno's X-rays came back negative after he exited Friday's game due to his injured thumb, but the damage seems to still be severe enough to warrant keeping him out for the next 10 days. While he recovers, Tucker Barnhart will take over as Arizona's primary catcher and Jose Herrera will come up from Triple-A Reno to provide additional depth at catcher. The 24-year-old backstop doesn’t appear to be facing a lengthy absence since X-rays came back negative for any fractures, but the Diamondbacks can’t really afford to play shorthanded at catcher.       Advice: Gurriel hasn’t been placed on the injured list yet, so that’s at least an encouraging development after he was lifted from Friday’s contest against Philadelphia with left elbow soreness. The positive news here is that X-rays came back negative for any fractures after Moreno left Friday’s game against the Phillies with a left thumb sprain. He should be considered day-to-day for now.       Advice: Arozarena extended his hitting streak to seven games, two of which have been multi-hit efforts. He's hitting .391 in that span while tallying two homers, six RBI, five runs scored and three stolen bases.       Rodon (9-4) took the loss Friday as the Yankees fell 8-1 to Atlanta, surrendering eight runs (seven earned) on 11 hits -- including three home runs -- and two walks over 3.2 innings. He struck out three.

      Advice: The Atlanta offense came to life at the wrong time for Rodon, as he got taken deep by Ozzie Albies, Austin Riley and Matt Olson before exiting the game after 93 pitches (56 strikes). The southpaw hadn't served up multiple homers in a start since May 2. After a run of seven straight quality starts, he's been tagged for 12 earned runs in 8.2 innings over his last two outings.
