    • Records third steal Wednesday
Raley went 2-for-4 with an RBI single and a stolen base in a win over the Royals on Wednesday.

Advice: Raley delivered a timely single in the eighth inning that plated pinch runner Leonardo Rivas, extending the Mariners' lead back to two runs after Bobby Witt had brought the Royals within one in the top half of the frame. Raley's multi-hit effort was an extension of a torrid stretch at the plate for the offseason addition, one that's seen him generate a .435 average and 1.219 OPS over the last seven games. • Roughed up early in loss
Lynn (1-2) took the loss against the Angels on Wednesday, allowing four runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out five over five frames.

Advice: Lynn got off to about as poor of a start as he could have asked for, surrendering a leadoff homer to Nolan Schanuel to open the game and failing to retire four of the first five batters he faced. All four runs surrendered by Lynn came in the first inning, though he would actually allow the first two batters to reach in the second as well, before working his way out of the jam. The veteran right-hander has now allowed four earned runs in three consecutive starts and has not made it through six innings since April 16 against the Athletics (span of five starts). • Slugs 10th homer
Garcia went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Wednesday's 4-0 win over the Guardians.

Advice: Garcia has homered in back-to-back games, giving him 10 long balls on the year. Prior to Tuesday, he had gone 19 games without a multi-hit effort, batting a meager .153 (11-for-72) in that span. That slump took the shine off his hot start to the campaign, but the outfielder is still slashing .259/.306/.494 with 34 RBI, 23 runs scored, four stolen bases and nine doubles over 44 contests this season. • Notches two steals in loss
Lindor went 0-for-3 with a walk, a run and two stolen bases Wednesday in a loss to Philadelphia.

Advice: Lindor failed to record a hit for his third straight game, though he scored New York's first run following a hit-by-pitch in the first inning and swiped a pair of bags after walking in the third. The shortstop stole a career-high 31 bases last year but had been quiet in that category coming into Wednesday with just four thefts through 41 games. That's been part of a slow start overall for Lindor, who is slashing a meager .200/.276/.376 across 185 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:26 pm

    • Lance Lynn allows four runs in loss to Angels
Lance Lynn allowed four runs with five strikeouts over five innings in a loss to the Angels on Wednesday.

Advice: The Angels got to Lynn in the first inning. He served up a leadoff homer to Nolan Schanuel before three hits and a wild pitch brought three more runs in to score in the opening frame. Lynn would settle in to toss four more scoreless innings before his day was done. The 37-year-old right-hander will take a 4.17 ERA, 1.48 WHIP, and a 43/20 K/BB ratio across 45 1/3 innings into a start against the Orioles in St. Louis on Tuesday. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:21 pm

    • Adolis García goes yard for 10th homer Wednesday
Adolis García went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer to lift the Rangers to a 4-0 win over the Guardians.

Advice: García knocked a base hit in the fourth inning, then took Nick Sandlin deep for a two-run homer in the sixth to extend the Rangers lead. The 31-year-old slugger has multiple hits in back-to-back games amid a cold stretch. He hadn’t had two hits in a game since April 21. García is up to 10 homers while slashing .259/.306/.494 with 34 RBI and four steals across 183 plate appearances. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:41 pm
    • Yandy Díaz puts Rays ahead with two-run single
Yandy Díaz went 1-for-4 with a walk and big two-run single in a win against the Red Sox on Wednesday.

Advice: Díaz’s go-ahead single was scalded at 110.4 MPH. He’s had a slow start to the season, but raised his average from .202 to .253 since May third. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:20 pm

    • Makes return to lineup
Realmuto (knee) will start at catcher and bat second in Wednesday's game against the Mets.

Advice: Realmuto will re-enter the starting nine after sitting out each of the past three games while managing a sore right knee. Provided he doesn't experience any setbacks in his return to action, Realmuto should resume handling one of the heftier workloads in the league among No. 1 catchers, though it wouldn't be surprising if the Phillies gave him a breather later this week or had him serve as a designated hitter for a game. • J.T. Realmuto returns from sore knee
J.T. Realmuto is back in the Phillies lineup for Wednesday’s game against the Mets.

Advice: He’s catching and batting second tonight after missing the last three games with knee soreness. Rotoworld Yesterday, 12:05 pm
