    • Homers again in win
Donovan went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in a 9-4 win over the Giants on Saturday.

Advice: Donovan singled in the fifth inning then hit a solo home run off Giants reliever Luke Jackson in the seventh. Donovan is on fire, homering for the third time in four games and recording his third straight multi-hit effort. He has hit safely in 15 of 18 June contests with four long balls and 12 RBI. On the season, the 27-year-old is hitting .262 with eight home runs, 37 RBI and 34 runs scored in 275 at-bats. Rotowire.com Today, 7:18 pm

    • Pivetta allows three in no-decision against Reds
Nick Pivetta allowed three runs in 4 1/3 innings and got a no-decision against the Reds on Saturday.

Advice: Pivetta gave up six hits, walked one and struck out five. He was on the hook for the loss before a late comeback by the Red Sox offense. It was another pedestrian start from Pivetta that might be becoming a trend. In his first eight starts of the year, he had 51 strikeouts in 42 1/3 innings. In his last three starts, he’s had just 13 strikeouts in 15 1/3 innings. The 31-year-old right-hander is set to face the Padres at home next weekend.

    • Wacha allows one in five innings in return from IL
Michael Wacha allowed one run in five innings and took the loss against the Rangers on Saturday.

Advice: Wacha gave up three hits, walked one and struck out five. It was a good return to the mound for Wacha, who was making his first start since missing three weeks with a fractured left foot. Unfortunately, the Royals couldn’t provide any offensive support and he was saddled with the loss. The 32-year-old right-hander is set to face the Guardians at home next weekend. • Yu Darvish (groin) expected to return on Tuesday
Yu Darvish (groin) is expected to rejoin the Padres’ rotation on Tuesday.

Advice: The 37-year-old right-hander made it through a minor league rehab start at High-A Fort Wayne without any issues on Wednesday and will square off with the Nationals at home on Tuesday night. Before landing on the injured list in late May with a strained groin, Darvish had posted a 3.20 ERA, 1.07 WHIP and a 53/15 K/BB ratio over 56 1/3 innings through his first 11 starts on the season. • Expected to start Tuesday
Darvish (groin) is scheduled to start Tuesday's game against the Nationals, AJ Cassavell of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Darvish is set to make his first start since May 29 after an IL stint due to left groin soreness. The 37-year-old made a minor-league rehab start at High-A on Wednesday but only got up to 49 pitches and will likely be under some sort of pitch count against the Nationals. Across 11 starts, Darvish owns a 3.20 ERA and a 1.07 WHIP with 53 strikeouts. Rotowire.com Today, 2:49 pm

    • Dealing with left forearm soreness
Arenado was removed from Friday's game against the Giants with left forearm discomfort, Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat reports.

Advice: Arenado was hit in the right arm by a pitch Wednesday but seems to be battling through some pain in his opposite forearm. Considering the Cardinals were ahead by five runs when Arenado was removed, it very well could be precautionary. Regardless, his status should be monitored ahead of Sunday's series finale. • Nolan Arenado leaves game with forearm discomfort
Nolan Arenado was removed from Saturday’s ballgame against the Giants due to left forearm discomfort.

Advice: It’s not the same arm that Arenado had an issue with earlier in the week when he was hit by a pitch, so now he’s dealing with ailments in both arms. As of now, it sounds like a day-to-day type of situation, but it’s something that fantasy managers should keep an eye on over the next few days. Rotoworld Today, 1:33 pm
    • Next start will be with Padres
Darvish (groin) is expected to come off the injured list to make his next start with San Diego, per MLB.com.

Advice: Darvish struggled in a minor-league rehab start with High-A Fort Wayne on Wednesday, allowing six runs on seven hits and one walk while striking out three batters over 3.1 innings. He threw only 49 pitches in that outing, but the Padres nonetheless appear intent on moving him back into the rotation for his next appearance. It hasn't yet been announced when Darvish will make that start, but given the typical time between outings, it's logical to expect Monday or Tuesday versus Washington to be the target date. • Kyle Tucker (shin) hasn’t resumed baseball activity
MLB.com’s Brian McTaggart reports Kyle Tucker (shin) has yet to resume baseball activities.

Advice: Tucker is still walking with a limp and has yet to resume any baseball activities at this juncture. There was some optimism earlier this week that he was getting close, but clearly is still going to need some extra time to recover. There isn’t a definitive timeline for his return to Houston’s lineup at this point. He’s been out since early June recovering from a shin contusion. It’s fair to wonder if he’s dealing with something more serious like a hairline fracture at this point. There should be some clarity on his status at some point in the near future.
