    • Travis d’Arnaud goes deep in loss to Yankees
Travis d’Arnaud clobbered a two-run homer on Saturday night, but it wasn’t enough to lead the Braves past the Yankees in New York.

Advice: The 35-year-old backstop tagged Marcus Stroman for a 355-foot (98.9 mph EV) two-run shot in the seventh inning that pulled the Braves to within four runs at 7-3. That would be as close as they would get. It was also d’Arnaud’s only hit in three at-bats on the evening. On the season, he’s now slashing .242/.310/.464 with seven long balls and 24 RBI, though his utility from a fantasy perspective has fallen by the wayside following the return of Sean Murphy at the end of May. • Charlie Morton gives up five runs in loss to Yanks
Charlie Morton struggled in a losing effort against the Yankees on Saturday night, giving up five runs on five hits over his 5 2/3 innings of work.

Advice: The 40-year-old hurler also issued five free passes on the night while striking out four opposing batters. Morton served up a two-run homer to Aaron Judge in the opening inning, then the Yankees scratched out single runs in the third and fourth innings before chasing Morton while scoring a run in the sixth. Morton generated 11 swings and misses on 97 pitches on the night — nine of them on his curveball — while posting a CSW of 24 percent. He’ll attempt to bounce back and improve upon his 4.20 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and an 80/35 K/BB ratio (79 1/3 innings) when he squares off against the White Sox in Chicago on Thursday. • Engaging in baseball activities
Bogaerts (shoulder) has been running the bases, taking light grounders and doing one-handed drills in the batting cage, per MLB.com.

Advice: Bogaerts broke his left shoulder while making a diving stop in the infield May 20 and remains on the 10-day IL. The veteran shortstop isn't likely to return until at least early July given that he has yet to take regular swings. When he does come back, Bogaerts indicated that he will adjust his swing to use a two-handed follow-through in order to protect his injured shoulder. He's undergoing regular imaging on the shoulder to determine when he'll be allowed to start ramping up further. Rotowire.com Today, 11:02 am

    • Max Kepler (neck) not in Saturday’s lineup vs. A’s
Max Kepler (neck) remains out of the lineup for Saturday’s game against the Athletics.

Advice: Kepler will sit out his second straight contest on Saturday afternoon due to neck spasms, but there’s no indication that he’s looking at a trip to the injured list. The 31-year-old corner outfielder’s neck locked up on him during the early stages of Thursday’s game against the Rays and he’s probably going to need a couple days off to rest. Fantasy managers should consider him day-to-day for now. Rotoworld Today, 10:45 am

    • On base three times in win
Kelenic went 2-for-5 with a walk, a run scored and an RBI in Friday's win over the Yankees.

Advice: He extended his hitting streak to eight games with another strong performance. Over 16 games in June, Kelenic is slashing .288/.333/.492 with three doubles, three homers, two steals, seven runs and seven RBI, and the 24-year-old has provided a spark for Atlanta since moving into the leadoff spot. • Clubs 12th homer
Olson went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run and a second run scored in Friday's 8-1 win over the Yankees.

Advice: His fourth-inning shot off Carlos Rodon helped chase the southpaw from the game as part of a three-homer, eight-XBH barrage from Atlanta. Olson's bat has come alive in June, and through 74 plate appearances on the month he's slashing .309/.365/.574 with four of his 12 long balls on the year and 10 of his 40 RBI. • Fans eight Yankees for win No. 10
Sale (10-2) picked up the win Friday, allowing one run on one hit and three walks over five innings in an 8-1 victory over the Yankees. He struck out eight.

Advice: A Jahmai Jones triple in the second inning was the only knock on Sale's line as the veteran lefty fanned at least seven batters for the eighth time in nine starts since the beginning of May. Over that stretch, he's posted a 2.45 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and 74:9 K:BB through 55 innings en route to becoming the third pitcher in the majors this season to reach double-digit wins, after the Phillies' Ranger Suarez and the Royals' Seth Lugo. Sale will look to keep rolling in his next outing, which lines up to come on the road next week in St. Louis. Rotowire.com Today, 6:23 am

    • Early exit in no-decision
Pepiot came away with a no-decision in Friday's 10-3 win over the Pirates, giving up two runs on three hits and four walks over 3.1 innings. He struck out three.

Advice: Despite the impressive offensive support, Pepiot wasn't efficient enough to qualify for his fifth win of the year and got the hook after 74 pitches (41 strikes). The right-hander tied his season high with the four free passes, while the three strikeouts tied his season low. Through four starts in June, he's stumbled to a 6.30 ERA, 1.55 WHIP and 24:7 K:BB through 20 innings, and Friday's outing was his first this month in which he didn't serve up a homer. Pepiot will look to turn things around in his next start, which lines up to come at home next week against the Mariners. Rotowire.com Today, 6:03 am
    • Racks up four hits in win
Machado went 4-for-5 with a double, an RBI and two runs scored in Friday's 9-5 win over the Brewers.

Advice: Machado has multiple hits in four of his last five games, going 10-for-21 in that span. The third baseman was batting just .240 at the start of June, but he's pushed that up to .263 with a .704 OPS, seven home runs, five stolen bases, 37 RBI and 32 runs scored across 72 contests this season. While his power production has been a career low, the 31-year-old could still put together a surge over the second half of the campaign. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:30 pm
