• Two steals in win
Rengifo went 1-for-4 with two stolen base and a run scored in Friday's 3-2 extra-inning win over the Dodgers.

Advice: Rengifo reached the 20-steal mark for the season Friday after totaling just 18 thefts over his first five campaigns. The infielder has been good in June, batting .279 (19-for-68) with eight steals on 11 attempts, though he has just one extra-base hit this month. For the year, he's at a .311/.360/.425 slash line with four home runs, 20 RBI, 28 runs scored, 10 doubles and a triple through 59 contests. Rotowire.com 6 minutes ago

  • Continues power surge
Lewis went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Friday's 6-5 loss to the Athletics.

Advice: Lewis homered for the fifth time in his last six games, taking Joey Estes deep in the sixth inning. With 10 homers, 14 RBI and 15 runs scored over just 16 contests this season, Lewis is enjoying a breakout campaign despite missing over two months with an injury. It's likely that his power will regress at some point, but Lewis is talented enough to offer a safe floor for fantasy managers. Rotowire.com 16 minutes ago

  • Clubs homer Friday
Castro went 2-for-5 with a three-run home run, a double and two total runs scored in Friday's 6-5 loss to the Athletics.

Advice: Castro logged his fourth multi-hit effort in his last five games, with the lone exception being Thursday when he started on the bench. Batting .290 (20-for-69) in June, Castro has been impressive for the Twins, and it hasn't been just an empty average. He has nine extra-base hits, eight RBI and 13 runs scored over 19 contests this month. For the season, he's posted a .272/.357/.444 slash line with six homers, 24 RBI, 43 runs scored, eight stolen bases and a career-high 19 doubles through 76 games. Rotowire.com 21 minutes ago

  • Swats go-ahead homer
Langeliers went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and an additional RBI in Friday's 6-5 win over the Twins.

Advice: Langeliers took Jhoan Duran deep in the eighth inning, giving the Athletics the lead for good. This was Langeliers' 14th homer of the season, though he's gone deep just twice over 16 games in June while batting .196 (11-for-56) for the month. Overall, the catcher is at a .207/.265/.445 slash line across 249 plate appearances, and he's added 39 RBI, 24 runs scored and two stolen bases. Rotowire.com 33 minutes ago

  • Manny Machado collects four hits against Brewers
Manny Machado went 4-for-5 with an RBI in a victory Friday over the Brewers.

Advice: Machado and Jake Cronenworth were the offensive stars for the Padres on Friday; combining to go 9-for-10 in the four-run win. He singled three times and scored two runs while improving his slash to a still-disappointing .263/.318/.387 in 72 games and 204 at-bats. Rotoworld 51 minutes ago

  • Jake Cronenworth has five-hit day in win over MIL
Jake Cronenworth went 5-for-5 with a homer, four runs scored and a stolen base in a 9-5 win over the Brewers on Friday.

Advice: Cronenworth and Manny Machado combined for nine hits on Friday, which is a large number. The infielder hit his 12th homer of the season in the sixth off Colin Rea. The five knocks for Cronenworth give him seven in the last two games, and he’s seen his average rise from .251 to .266. The 30-year-old has been streaky for the majority of his career, and he appears to be on the right side of that right now. Rotoworld 51 minutes ago

  • Luis Arraez golfs out homer in win over Brewers
Luis Arraez hit a two-run homer against the Brewers on Friday in a win for the Padres.

Advice: Arraez is not known for his power, but the 27-year-old was able to golf out a pitch down and in for his second homer of the season. The second baseman has hit .324 since being traded to San Diego with 16 RBI and three stolen bases in five attempts over 185 at-bats. Rotoworld 51 minutes ago

  • Taylor Ward drives in game-winner against Dodgers
Taylor Ward stole a base and drove home the game-winning run in the 10th against the Dodgers on Friday.

Advice: Ward untied the game with an RBI single in the top of the 10th off Evan Phillips to give the Angels the lead and the (surprising) victory. The stolen base was just the third of the year for the 30-year-old outfielder. After a red-hot start, Ward has come back to earth — something that’s happened a bunch on his career — with a .240/.325/.419 slash over 77 games. Rotoworld 55 minutes ago

  • Ohtani gets Tungsten O’Doyle’d against former team
Shohei Ohtani homered and reached four times in a 3-2 loss to the Angels on Friday in 10 innings.

Advice: We’re used to seeing those type of efforts from Ohtani being wasted, but usually it was for the Angels, not against them. The 29-year-old absolutely destroyed a solo blast off Matt Moore in the fifth for his 22nd homer of the year and 55th RBI of the season. The only blemish was a caught stealing for Ohtani, but that was just the second of the season. Rotoworld 55 minutes ago
