    • Collects three hits Wednesday
Betts went 3-for-5 with two RBI against the Diamondbacks in Wednesday's 8-0 victory.

Advice: Betts hasn't homered over his past 17 games, but he continues to be productive, collecting seven multi-hit efforts over that stretch while slashing .406/.481/.536. The move to shortstop this season hasn't impacted the All-Star's offensive production, as Betts is leading MLB in hits (49) and OBP (.481) while tying for first in runs (29) and walks (26). Betts' 1.104 OPS also leads all major-leaguers. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:33 am

    • Three hits, steal in win
Castro went 3-for-5 with a double, a triple, an RBI, a run scored and a stolen base in Wednesday's 10-5 win over the White Sox.

Advice: Castro wound up a homer shy of a cycle Wednesday while recording his fifth multi-hit game during his current eight-game hitting streak. He's gone 16-for-35 (.457) over the course of the streak, boosting his slash line to .270/.339/.450 through 30 games this year. The 27-year-old Castro added two homers, 13 runs scored, 12 RBI and three stolen bases while serving as the Twins' primary third baseman in the absence of Royce Lewis (quadriceps). • Willi Castro goes 3-for-5, steals base
Willi Castro went 3-for-5 with a triple, a double and a stolen base Wednesday as the Twins took down the White Sox 10-5.

Advice: Castro has really warmed up, going 16-for-35 with eight RBI in his last eight games. That’s raised his OPS from .538 to 789. He was in line to lose playing time due to Carlos Correa’s return, but the hot streak has changed that, and now that Byron Buxton is down, there’s little doubt that Castro will stay in the lineup for a while. He’s an option for teams in need of steals. Rotoworld Wednesday, 2:27 pm

    • Albies picks up two more hits, RBI in loss to M’s
Ozzie Albies went 2-for-4 with an RBI in a loss Tuesday to the Mariners.

Advice: Albies has driven in runs in both games against Seattle thus far. The switch-hitting infielder got Atlanta on the board in the eighth with a single to score Jarred Kelenic, and Albies is now up to 18 RBI on the season. That numbers even more impressive when you consider that Albies missed time with his toe injury. Rotoworld Tuesday, 10:47 pm

    • Tee work from both sides of plate
Edman (wrist) took swings off a tee from both sides of the plate last week, Derrick Goold of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Advice: Edman had been limited to hitting only from the right side due to lingering concerns about his surgically repaired right wrist. However, he's now progressed to hitting from both sides of the dish and has done so without any soreness. Edman will continue a hitting progression as tolerated and appears far off from a return, but he's progressing. Rotowire.com Monday, 3:18 pm

    • Ozzie Albies has two hits in win over Guardians
Ozzie Albies went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored in a win over the Guardians on Sunday.

Advice: Albies’ double was a well-hit 321-foot shot at 96 mph off the bat, and it’s good to see him making authoritative contact so soon since being activated off the IL. He now has a .329/.393/.513 slash line and should be back to being locked into all lineups. Rotoworld Sunday, 2:03 pm

    • Steals eighth bag
Betts went 3-for-5 with a triple, a run scored, an RBI and a stolen base in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Blue Jays.

Advice: The 31-year-old extended his current hitting streak to seven games with his fourth straight multi-hit performance, and he also swiped a bag for the third straight contest. Betts is having a monster start to the season, slashing .391/.489/.661 through 115 plate appearances with six homers, eight steals, 23 RBI and 29 runs, and while it's early, he's firmly on pace for the second 30-30 campaign of his career. Betts added a single in the ninth and stole second for his eighth steal of the season. • Two hits in return
Albies went 2-for-4 with a double, a run scored and an RBI in Friday's 6-2 win over the Guardians.

Advice: Making his return from a toe injury that cost him eight games, Albies demonstrated quickly that he was fully healthy, ripping a double and scoring in the fifth inning before adding an RBI single in the sixth. The 27-year-old second baseman has a nine-game hitting streak going, sandwiched around the injury absence, and on the season he's slashing .328/.392/.507 with two homers, two steals, 15 runs and 15 RBI.
