    • Rhys Hoskins takes seat Sunday vs. Yankees
Rhys Hoskins is not in the starting lineup for Sunday’s game against the Yankees.

Advice: Hoskins homered in Saturday’s blowout loss, and his reward is a day of rest against the Yankees on Sunday. Jake Bauers is hitting cleanup and playing first base in Hoskins’ absense. Rotoworld Sunday, 9:03 am

    • Heads to bench Sunday
Hoskins is out of the lineup for Sunday's game versus the Yankees.

Advice: Hoskins started the previous 15 games but will receive Sunday off after he posted a .799 OPS during that span. Gary Sanchez will bat fifth as Milwaukee's designated hitter in the series finale against New York. Rotowire.com Sunday, 8:45 am

    • Rhys Hoskins homers, but Brewers routed by Yankees
Rhys Hoskins hit a solo homer in a blowout loss Saturday to the Yankees.

Advice: Hoskins homered in the first inning off Carlos Rodón to get the Brewers to within two runs at 3-1. The Brewers would only get one more hit off the left-hander and would end up losing by a dozen. Hoskins now has six homers, 18 RBI and a .781 OPS in his first month as a member of the Brew Crew. • Three hits, two RBI in win
Hoskins went 3-for-5 in Thursday's win over the Pirates with a double, two RBI and a stolen base.

Advice: Hoskins singled home William Contreras in his second at-bat to tie the game at 3-3 and later added an RBI double to give Milwaukee a one-run lead. The first baseman has recorded at least one RBI in four of his last six games, while Thursday marked his second three-hit effort of the season. With that said, he's still batting just .219 (16-for-73) in April with four homers and 13 RBI. Rotowire.com Friday, 4:08 am

    • Harper has two hits, homers in win over Reds
Bryce Harper went 2-for-3 with a walk and a two-run homer on Thursday in the Phillies’ win over the Reds.

Advice: The home run was a 384-foot shot off Nick Martinez that left the bat at 101.4 mph. Harper also had a 112 mph single on the day and is now slashing .256/.347/.488 on the year with five home runs and 16 RBI. Expect the batting average to keep rising as Harper remains one of the best hitters for fantasy baseball. Rotoworld Thursday, 2:12 pm

    • Hoskins has three hits, two RBI in win
Rhys Hoskins went 3-for-5 with a double and two RBI in a win over the Pirates on Thursday.

Advice: Hoskins is hitting just .226/.320/.452 on the year but does have five home runs and 17 RBI in 23 games. He’s been making solid contact with a barrel rate of just under 13 percent and has just 20 strikeouts in his 23 games, so at some point, that level of quality contact will lead to a hot streak. Maybe this is the start of one? Rotoworld Thursday, 1:19 pm

    • Homers in return
Harper went 2-for-3 with a two-run homer and a walk in Thursday's 5-0 win over Cincinnati.

Advice: After missing Philadelphia's last three games while on the paternity list, Harper returned with a bang Thursday, launching a two-run homer off Nick Martinez to extend the Phillies lead to 4-0 in the third inning. After a slow start to the year, Harper's starting to turn it around at the plate -- he's hit safely in his last seven games, going 10-for-24 with two home runs and nine RBI in that span. He's boosted his slash line to .256/.347/.488 with five homers and 16 RBI across 22 games this season. Rotowire.com Thursday, 1:11 pm

    • Reinstated from paternity leave
The Phillies reinstated Harper (personal) from the paternity leave list Thursday.

Advice: Harper missed the first three games of the series in Cincinnati after welcoming his third child into the world, but he's back for the series finale in Cincinnati. The two-time MVP will start at first base and bat third against the Reds. Rotowire.com Thursday, 7:16 am

    • Phillies activate Bryce Harper from paternity list
Phillies activated 1B Bryce Harper from the paternity list.

Advice: After a few days off to celebrate the birth of a child, Harper joins the Phillies in their series finale against the Reds. He’ll look to extend his hitting streak to seven games and get the Phillies back on track after consecutive losses to Cincinnati. Rotoworld Thursday, 7:15 am
